Absolutely disgusting quality items.
Order a jacket took over 5 weeks to arrive and only then after numerous emails.
It did come, but not the one ordered and quality i would only give it to our dog to sleep on certainly wouldn't wear lt out.
Now got my bank involved.
PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I JUST HOPE THIS REVIEW STOPS OTHERS PERSON GET SCAMMED BY THEM

Bought a jacket costing £65 quality was poor & it didn’t fit me. I was offered 10% refund & no instructions on how to return item. What do I do with an item that I can’t wear its wrong size? Is what they are doing actually legal?

I purchased 3 items at the beginning of December 2024 (2 jumpers and earings), from the Vorina company, Netherlands. It is now 15 January 2025 and no sign of the items. Through several email correspondence with the company requesting answers and a refund of missing items, I have out the items are coming from China. Very misleading and still no sign of a resolution to the £83.80 I paid for theses items.

The jumper I received looked nothing like the image on the website, the colours and fairisle pattern were different. I contacted the customer service (obviously you can’t speak to anyone). I was sent auto generated responses. firstly I was offered a 25% refund and keep the jumper , then 50% and then told I could return for a full refund, however I had to pay the return cost to china. I told them repeatedly that they sent a jumper that was not the same as the jumper in the image , I got no answers to any of my questions and continued to be sent the auto generated replies. The jumper cost £40 and was not worth £4, so cheap and bad quality. Do not buy anything, the advertising is fake, it’s not the product you receive.

0/5 This website is an absolute scam. Items received are absolutely nothing like the photos or description advertised. I ordered a women’s medium chunky knit jumper for Christmas and received what can only be described as a miniature version of a child’s small jumper that was made with hessian bags of multiple colours. Obviously disappointed with this horrendous product I emailed to get return details only to be told I could get a 25% refund or I have to ship the product t back to china and wait 3 months for them to consider the return refund.

This company is a fraud. The website gives the impression of quality goods but this is far from the truth. The quality was very poor, threads loose and falling apart. I tried to aquire a refund but received nothing with poor customer service.

Absolutely worst experience! Bought jeans look nothing like the picture! Cost me £32 to return them because that’s NOT FREE, contacted them via e mail they ignored me for a week! So posted back as per refund policy now saying different address! So far no refund

This company misleads you ! Their supplier is in China and it takes over a month for delivery - they don’t tell you that at point of purchase. I thought I was buying something that would arrive in 3-5 days. 17 days later still zero. No information other than a tracking no which says the delivery is lost! Customer services respond quickly but are Totally useless. They don’t know any more than you. This is a cheap scam retail front . They take you money , promise item, and when it doesn’t arrive say sorry but that’s ir. When you ask for refund they make threats . It’s awful. Do not use this company!!

Absolutely shocking quality considering the price and the pictures advertising the products are very VERY misleading. Avoid

Received coat. Poor quality. Dreadful material, poorly made. Button coming off, almost like fuzzy felt coat.
Complained. Sent back at the cost of £25. Emailed over 30 times. Still fighting to get a refund.

Bought what was meant to be a teddy bear coat. What arrive was of cheap quality, like a fleece. Have asked to return. They offered me 50 % refund. The coat was £59 … even with 50% off it was still not worth the money! I asked again to return. Thats when I was finally given the address… the company are based in China…. Not Netherlands! This company has totally miss lead people . It’s just cheap china rubbish, that’s photographed very well !

I absolutely agree with previous comments about this company. (I wouldn't give it any stars but you had to rate to get access to website). I ordered a Nordic jumper and the quality was awful. When I complained first time they asked me to send a photo of me wearing it and they would give me their opinion! Really! I sent several emails to their customer service but like outher clients ended up acceping their paltry 25% discount as it was costing nearly £20 to send back to China. I just wished I had read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Be warned.

Really poor quality clothing. Advertised as fairisle jumper. Definitely not what it should be. Looked like it had been quickly made on a knitting machine! Neckline not neat. Cheap materials and meant to be a gift. I wouldn't wear it never mind give as a gift!

Do not be scammed! A very low quality product and service from China!
I wrote 0 star but if there was -100 star, I would sign that. I ordered a blouse before Christmas, that arrived in new year. An incorrect item that was so low quality that I would not even give to charity. They send you a plastic polyester blouse, then ask you to return it at your own expense back to China that costs 30-50 $! Even though it says free returns, do not be fooled. If you want a refund, they say keep the product and we'll refund 25%. After days of negotiation, the best they offer is 50% refund on your purchase amount. I do not even trust that promise. Feeling totally scammed. Do not fall in same trap!

Total scam! Extremely poor quality clothes shipped from China, complete mismatch with photos on the website, the coat I ordered was like a shoe cloth! Difficult customer service, when contacted they said that the return address is in China! Managed to get 50% refund, hence lost only half of what I paid! AVOID!

I order items on 30 November - finally arrived Thursday - I sent numerous emails about the delivery time and was told as a good will gesture they will give me 25% off and I keep the items - they have also said as the items are too small they would replace free of charge without me having to return the original items. Total scam - I am desperately trying to get a full refund -

I have ordered one blouse before the New Year and still await parcel, although the email says it has been delivered.

I have tried to contact Vorina, but still await their reply. I wander if I ever get the item or money back. Don’t buy clothes from them.

been waiting weeks for my order and still haven’t received it. when tracking it is still showing up in china. emails are still saying it’s on its way lies. i’m trying to get my money back as it’s ment to be a uk company all lies never order from this company. wish i had read the reviews on trust pilot 1st. i’m absolutely gutted.
