I asked about rehoming a dog put up on their website for rehoming - You know I take the old dog on and look after him which I would have and have done before. - treat like a king - Underwhelmed by their response - They asked how big my garden was but didn't even ask my name.Said come to a meeting and learn all we can teach you - in my seventies - animal lover putting myself out

I wish I could give no stars, they are horrible. I bought a dog harness and it is awful my dog pulls right out of it and no way to make it fit correctly. They will not do returns or refunds. Stay away they will just take your money and you get crap for it.

When ordering a harness for my dog Bella who is a girl dog, I clicked on the deep red harness and a small one, I put the order through and when confirmation of my sale came back to me after payment was taken it came up as a blue harness, I immediately sent an email to Waggy tails explaining that I had ordered a pink harness and not blue can this be changed immediately and I got an email back from Hailey saying she will email the fulfilment team and let them know, I emailed twice afterwards as I was receiving emails saying my order is on its way and low and behold I received a blue harness with Bella written on it. Again I emailed waggytails and I received an email back from Hailey showing me my order which showed a blue harness, I emailed Hailey back and attached all the emailed I had written to waggy tails and they have ignored me since. I will never order from them again they are the worst company to ever buy from, they have totally no respect for customers. My order could have been changed at the very beginning as my order had not been processed, I was totally ignored

Ordered a dog cooling mat. It's just 2 pieces of fabric stitched together with something thin in the middle. No cooling gel at all. No labels attached with washing instructions or fire safety. No chance of returning or getting a refund. Avoid this company

This company is a scam one. If you have a problem or want to return an item they send you a non existent address and the POST OFFICE returns marked "addressee gone away". You can contact them via email but they won't respond to you on either address. I do wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering i hope this puts off other potential customers, my advice Go somewhere else to purchase items

Ordered two harnesses with personalised names for my dogs on it. The tracking system is terrible the link never worked so was unable to track my parcel. I always had your email waggy tails for an update. Today it said my parcel was delivered but its not at my property. Id love to know what address they delivered it to. I wont be ordering from waggy tails again and wont recommend them to friends. Ill be requesting a refund.

Ordered this harness previously and recently received a discount email offer so I reordered but was the wrong size. Need a size small received a x-small which is useless as doesn’t fit. Wish they would have better customer service especially for return customers. Very disappointing.

Ordered a no pull harness. Dog pulls more than ever-she’s a large breed. Clip on harness undoes when she is pulling and the harness comes off. Absolutely useless and total waste of money

Ordered my items on the 25th of April, 54 days ago and still nothing. No items received and when I have emailed all I get back is a fake tracking link. Requested a refund and was ignored and sent another tracking link. After 30 days I requested a refund through my bank, and this company has had the audacity to challenge my claim. I think the reviews speak for themselves. Scammers. Do not order from this website!

Terrible service do not order anything from them, order was originally sent but didn’t fit even though used there size guide, I offered to pay to return them for an exchange, they agreed then sent incorrect return address and do not answer any emails disgusting!!!

Ordered the No-Pull harness, which, in their promotional video, clearly shows a one click easy connection under the belly. What we received has a velcro band that is impossible to fit without catching our dog's sensitive underbelly hair! Useless! Do not by based on their Facebook video!

Ordered a dog calming bed for my German pointer. On arrival it was delivered in a vacuum packed state. On opening it up the first thing to hit me was the size, I had ordered the largest size, 3xl, as advised by their size by breed guide, what I got was something that a toy poodle would struggle to get into. Next thing was the quality, the material was very poor and the padding was virtually none existent, the outer sides were just hardly existent. I have contacted the company regarding return and refund, but have not been replied to at this stage.
Save your money regarding this product, I paid £70 for something totally useless and unusable.

Tried to place an order- payment never went through but the following day there was different fraudulent payments taken from my card. DO NOT USE.

Cheap crap, bought the XL for our lab. One week of use and he’s already pulled the D shackle off and the threading is tearing

I won't write about my experience with this scam company, I'll just let you read all the other reviews and know that I agree with what they say. Buy elsewhere

Took 22 days to arrive after payment. Poor customer service, keep giving excuses. Would never recommend buying from them as your pet would probably be bigger by the time your harness arrived.

Avoid. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before I ordered. My order has been at "Info received" status for a week now with no estimate of a delivery date. I sent the company an email but have heard nothing. I am not confident I will receive anything and it seems many others have suffered the same.

Bad non existent customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive and I didn't get the harness personalised so asked to return as to small for my lab. I ordered the large and didn't fit him. They don't respond and it wasnt cheap either so left with a harness that will be of no use to me. Wasted my money

Complete scam, taken money from account but no order confirmation or number. cant get any response from company either. Reading the other reviews it seems I am not alone.

I bought a large dog coat for my bulldog £24.99 , took 4 weeks to arrive as it came from China & definitely was not a large and the clasp was broken. I emailed several time with no response. Also found the exact same coat on Temu £4.75! Would not recommend Waggytails to anybody. Terrible company stay clear!
