WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.

Harness lasted 7 walks and broke and my puppy was hit by a van at 6 months old because the clasp on the harness ripped off. Crap material and I hope NO DOG OWNER EVER USES THEIR PRODUCTS! UNSAFE!!!!
They replied to an email about it and then WENT MUTE AND NEVER REPLIED AGAIN. Company is a red flag! NEVER USE THEM.

Goods from China never arrived. Customer service give inane answers. Buyer beware.

I was a bit worried reading all the negative reviews, I can honestly say I had no problems. Yes it took a while for the dog bed to be delivered, but it came and I’m happy with it and so is my dog. 😊

Inconsistent Sizing and no replies to email!

I bought a raincoat for my dog. I ordered the same size as the harnesses I have bought from them before. However this jacket is too small and not the sizing recommended on your website. Also they make it near on impossible to return items or to contact them. So I have now resorted to leaving this review. Also they only give 14 days to return but because we were away when the parcel eventually arrived the time frame for returns had elapsed. Can I please be sent a returns label and refund? I have tried emailing them but got no reply.

Have received a dog coat that doesn't fit properly. The return policy says that you can only get a refund if the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent. I followed the guide for measurements but the coat is tight and too long despite being an XXL size for a miniature schnauzer. Having read other trustpilot reviews I have decided not to pursue as it would cost more to return the coat than it's value. Will not use this company again.

My order was never sent and they have ignored every attempt of mine to get in touch. Very disappointing.

My recent order was not delivered to my address. Waggy Tails responded by telling me to contact all my neighbours and then contact the delivery company and raise a claim. I responded saying it was the responsibility of the company to ensure delivery as per the service I have paid for. They have since ignored all my emails. Very poor customer service. No item, no replacement and no refund! I would not recommend this company.

Zero stars. Cheap plastic clips broke on the harness and leash. They want me to return it within 3 days to qualify for refund when it took over 2 weeks to deliver. UPS won't ship it back for less than $300, I paid $50 for the product. Garbage product. Garbage company.

this is the worst online store there is. I ordered back in may 2024 and have still not received any goods. There are lots of comments under their Instagram posts from users who have had the same thing happen to them. Of course they don't respond to calls and messages.

2 weeks for delivery no communication from the supplier. Product is awful does nothing at all. I would return if I could. WASTE of money!

I ordered the wrong size.
I re-ordered correct and contacted customer service with all the specs, kindly.
Well, that was a month ago. Two polite follow-ups, and crickets.
That is not the good customer service that they claim.
Will not recommend. Will not use again.
I wish I had checked this site.

Order one of their products and it doesnt work, contacted them instantly. They ignore every email but spam you daily wiht junk!!

I purchased their comb and it’s a cheap peice of plastic that does nothing! No one responded to any of my emails and they blocked my on social media because I was speaking out against them! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!
