Once again pre order for new items were gone in 15 minutes for the one I was looking to get. Have more "stock" for pre-orders. Also stop adding politics to a setting that does not need it.

It was easy for me to preorder what I wanted and was helpful to let me have it sent to my local Warhammer store

I had some trouble navigating the website and claiming my warhammer mini. Cam was absolutely stellar at helping me identify what was wrong and helping me get everything I needed!

Per quanto mi riguarda mi trovo bene con il servizio, la spedizione tracciata viene aggiornata in maniera puntuale e qualora la consegna non avvenga come previsto ti avvisano su dove puoi ritirare il pacco.

Habe das White Dwarf Abo abgeschlossen. In den letzten 12 Monaten ist drei bis vier mal vorgekommen das das Heft nicht angekommen bzw. kam relativ spät an. (Zwei bis drei Wochen später). Anrufe bei der Service Hotline waren immer freundlich und das entsprechende Heft wurde umgehend nachgeliefert.
Die Frage ist daher, warum klappt die Lieferung nicht bei jedem Heft?🤔

Mostly I like GW but beeing a white dwarf subsriber outside the UK is a disapointment. I know its in the hands of distribution partners and local post services, but still getting the magasin a month after publication is a joke.

Warhammer is reliable and consistently so. Buying from them is as safe and secure as it gets. They are a legitimate business that I have purchased from for many years. I love the products they offer.

Just awful, items that seem to be in stock are out of stock when you want to pay and if youre not from the uk you have to change the language or you cant buy anything 👎

Fast, friendly and helpful

Pretty horrible experience using the website. Tried initially using mobile to place an order, but Capcha would repeatedly get in the way, sometimes repeating within 5 seconds of completing a previous Capcha - so incredible annoying and unintuitive. Payment wouldn't even go through on mobile, so I had to switch to a desktop.

I have never had a bad experience with this company in decades of buying from them. Great products. Great staff.

I’ve had an account with Games Workshop, now Warhammer for years now. I’ve never had a lost package. I’ve always received my package on time or ahead of schedule which is wonderful. The website flows easily even after the restructuring of the website from Games Workshop.

I had a small problem with my preorder of one of the battle forces boxes delivery ( I'm from Mexico) when Hannah came to my help. She did not only provided excellent service but she also owned my situation as her own, where she made me feel listened and taken care of. My problem was solved and bot only that I've received more than I was expecting, thanks to people like her it's always a pleasure to purchase with trust and excitement for our new war dollies.

As someone whos new to warhammer 40k I love how in depth the lore is and how amazing the community is. I've rated warhammer 40k site a 4 star due to few reasons but the main ones are. For new people who are joining the ranks of space marines I found it hard learning about what things I needed to learn about such as the models, books, lore, the games and such. I wish there was a dedicated page within the warhammer 40k web page that helped support new space marines into their ranks. Besides that the website is amazing i've already bought multiple space marines models as well as some books. I'm not very good on computers so it's completely possible that i've mistaken things if so I'd love it if someone could help a newbie if not hope the developers can eventually make it where there is a page dedicated to new people. If you read this far thank you so much hope this helps if it doesn't then have a blessed day and may the emperor show you the way...

Easy to use. Expensive hobby though

Nonostante il servizio dedicato ai clienti sia solo in inglese, gli operatori sono gentili e disposti a venirti incontro.
Purtroppo si affidano a compagnie di spedizione tipo evri che per quale motivo lavorino, non si sà... per il resto sempre tutto ok anche quando si tratta di resi o parti mancanti o difettose del prodotto (una volta in 20 anni).
