I received my new boiler as part of the warmer homes grant. The whole process was really smooth from beginning to the end. Emails were replied to really quickly. The surveyor did a detailed job and so did the two people who installed the boiler. Installation took 6 hours and they left the area really clean. Thank you for such a great service.

Warmer Homes are a company that goes the extra mile. Not only are they very organised, very fairly priced, very considerate - they also think about how the work they are doing will affect the next tradesperson.

Very pleased with this company, I took their advice on upgrading my heating system based on manufacturers recommendations and reviews. I now have a new boiler, and solar thermal domestic hot water system all neatly installed in my attic. I found them to be very helpfull, punctual and above all, hard working and a pleasure to work with.
In fact it seems quite lonely here this week without them.
But on the bright side, I have a nice warm home with an amazing amount of very cheap hot water for all the domestic taps and my new walk in shower project.

Good team who delivered effectively and cleaned up afterwards. As unobtrusive as was possible. Kept to the time budget and explained the work as it progressed.

Dave and Reece were polite, friendly, professional, trustworthy and very hard working. They worked continuously from early morning until the end of the day to finish what turned out to be a very impressive job. I expected lots of mess to clear up, but no, everything was cleaned up and I was extremely pleased with the flue hatches, my new boiler and their clear instructions as to how to use the new boiler system. I would highly recommend these guys. Also, Amy, the co-ordinator back at the office was exceptional. She was professional, brilliant at organising everything and also really empathetic to my health and finance concerns. Thank you all so much.

I was contacted by phone to state I had been successful in regards of my assessment. From then things moved quite swiftly, the surveyor came to check the works to be carried out then within one week, I received a telephone call for the works to be done.
The workers arrived on time were extremely polite and helpful, they went far and beyond in the completion of my works. I was very pleased and can only give them 10 out 10 and would like to say a massive thank!
