This Company provided an excellent service from start to finish. I have nothing but praise for the whole operation! The staff were most pleasant and respectful and the lads that came to fit the boiler very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating having a new boiler for their quick and efficient installation. Time was taken before they left explaining to me all I needed to know and reassurance that I was not to hesitate to contact them if needs be.

If you are a fusspot, or, if you are someone who is able to easily find fault in anything tradespeople do, I would highly recommend getting your Gas Installations tended to by Warmer Homes. They will most likely leave you stymied and clutching at straws, with your mouth agape and no reasonable grounds for complaint about the outcomes of their visits.

Couple that with the first class approach to their presentations and communications as a Company overall, then add to it the, "nothing is too much trouble", attitude toward their business of Customer Service and Satisfaction, and I am left with not much else to say. Except....

From start to finish exceptional service. Amy, in the office was lovely and very efficient. Engineers arrived on time, tidied up and did a really neat job in under the time estimated. Couldn't have been more pleased and would highly recommend Warmer Homes.

Took a while to get organised as a few hiccups with funding and being told not being on the system? even though two inspections had been done!
Once the date for starting the installation was set and team turned up all was satisfactory.
The guys informed me of all the stages, they were friendly and polite.
The work was completed in the time they said and they did a good job of clearing up.

Everything you hope for in a firm: polite, clean, on time and actually enjoyed having them around. Couldn’t be more impressed!

I have no reservations in giving Warmer Homes the highest recommendation possible.
They replaced our existing boiler with a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler in the loft.
From the initial discussion with Steve about what type of boiler would suite our lifestyle and the best location for the new boiler, to the removal of the old system and the installation of the new boiler by Andy and Will, the project was managed and completed in a very professional manner.
The new boiler was installed to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble, Andy and Will worked continuously under extreme weather conditions (30 degrees plus) without any complaints.
They coped with our last-minute change of mind to locate the boiler in the loft (rather than the airing cupboard), they supplied a couple of extra manual valves to enable us to easily turn the cold-water feed to the boiler/cold taps off from within the airing cupboard, and also arranged for a colleague to come along on the second day to change our kitchen tap for a replacement which we had recently received but had not yet booked a plumber in to fit.
All this extra work was done with no complaints at all from Andy or Will and amazingly at no additional cost to us.
I have no complaints at all about the solution offered by Warmer Homes, and the manner in which it was installed.

I found this company outstanding in all areas. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The workmanship was exceptional and to a very high standard by the two fitters who carried out the installation, they arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and helped to re position the furniture when the job was completed. They did an excellent job of installing a central heating system in an old and listed property that was by no means straight forward. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
