Good response time within a few days and mechanic contacted me directly to arrange mutually convenient day which was within a few days
He arrived as planned and carried out service explaining need for certain replacement parts etc all within the cost of the service
Very satisfied with service received and confident bike is in good working condition

Wattbike Atom repair

My Atom had developed a problem with the flywheel sensor. Ed quickly identified the problem and the bike is back up and running.

Booked a service with Wattbike

Booked a service with Wattbike! In my opinion this is the only thing that lets Wattbike down, the booking an appointment, it’s emails back and fourth over many weeks to get to a suitable date! Took me 2 months.
That being said. Edward gave my Atom next Gen a full service, it runs like its brand new now perfect… Thanks Edward your a Credit to Wattbike will see you in few years Thanks Again

Recently purchased a Wattbike Atom…

Recently purchased a Wattbike Atom indoor trainer. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a flywheel sensor that prevented changing the resistance level while cycling. After some basic troubleshooting failed, the service/customer support team at Wattbike were able to identify the problem and rectify the situation. The team was outstanding with communication and working to fix the problem. I am now very happy with the Wattbike Atom and very appreciative for the excellent customer support that Wattbike provides.

1st generation atom home repair.

Had an Atom first generation and it developed an issue with the resistance suddenly getting too hard. Paid for the service at home and Ed came out today and took the bike to pieces, fitted new connectors and now it works great - saved me forking out £2500 for a new one.
Great customer service from Wattbike.

Product quality great, customer service quite unresponsive.

I had a pretty frustrating time ordering the bike, there were a fair few delays in responding to queries during which pricing of the product moved up! But wattbike eventually sorted this and I managed to order. I couldn't believe a firm selling a premium product were not jumping on every sales lead with anything other than urgency.

Ive now had the bike a couple of weeks, and all working fine. I don't have much to compare it against- never cycled using an indoor trainer before, but the kit seems top notch, using it loads.

I was having difficulty purchasing wattbike hub +. I emailed the customer service team explaining my problem and received an instant response. After a small exchange of 2 emails, Louise, one of the Customer Service Team Leaders had resolved my issue completely. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks alot

The Engineer was prompt

The Engineer was prompt, called to provide updates of arrival time etc. and did everything asked of him, however since the service. I’ve had several drop out issues, loss of connection, difficulty peddling and a few other minor irritations.

Fantastic product and service

I had the best customer service back and forth with a man named Matt that I’ve ever had. The in-person service on the bike itself was genuinely fun and I had several aspects of the bike explained to me that I hadn’t previously understood.

Great response and personal attention

I’ve had so many issues - initially my Wattbike wouldn’t connect to any devices via Bluetooth - this eventually got resolved. I’m now in a situation - I’m unable to log into the Wattbike app to follow my program. When Wattbike works it is great-the issue is poor support and lots of technical issues. I’ve sent in numerous tickets and tried to call direct - I’m getting nowhere. Very frustrated indeed .

Quick update - after a phone call from Wattbike - all now resolved. I was impressed by the overall response and the personal attention paid. As per my original review - when the bike and the app are in perfect harmony - it is a wonderful piece of kit.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really sorry to read how frustrated you’ve been with your experience.

Having reviewed your previous support history, the initial Bluetooth issue earlier this year was resolved with a firmware update to the bike. As Wattbike is a highly technical connected product, firmware updates are periodically released to improve compatibility with newer phones, tablets, operating systems and third-party platforms, as well as to improve overall performance and stability over time.

With regards to the login issue you experienced over the weekend, this was unfortunately caused by a small app bug which prevented a limited number of users from logging into the Wattbike Hub app. This issue was identified by our app developers on Monday morning once our offices reopened following the weekend, and a fix was implemented by Monday evening.

I can see that we also spoke with you directly by phone regarding both issues to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

While technology-based products can occasionally experience issues, particularly as platforms and devices continue to evolve, we do continuously update and improve both the bikes and the app to ensure they keep pace with modern technology and provide the best possible user experience.

I do however appreciate that this does not make the disruption any less frustrating when you are simply trying to complete your training, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I love my wattbike had it just over 4…

I love my wattbike had it just over 4 years and it i very regular use. The only reason ive given it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the common faults the bike has. For the cost of the bike you would expect better qualify bolts as they are to soft and better qualify power button which dispite me never touching still fell out. Apart from that I love my bike life wouldn't be the same with out it
