Can I give this company a ZERO???

Can I give this company a ZERO???? DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBTREND. I ordered a dress. The information regarding when the item would arrive was so vague I started to think I had been scammed. When the dress arrived- it was not as described or shown on their website. I contacted WEBTREND to inquire about how I can return the item. After being in a chat for approximately an hour, of sending photos of the dress I received and providing the reason I was requesting a return- they stopped responding and did not provide me with information regarding how I can return the item. The ONLY reviews I could find for this
Company are negative. Don’t waste your time with them.

UPDATE- THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD! SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Refused eligible returns

Their return policy says to notify the company within 14 days if you want to return an item. I email them on day 7 asking for a return, followed up a few days later, and got an immediate response telling me I received the item on 3/11 and asked for the return on 3/18, thus I failed to fall within the 7 day window and wouldn’t get to return the item. This email also sent me a link to their official return policy.
2 glaring issues here: First, the return policy that they linked me to says 14 days. Nowhere does it say 7 days anywhere. Second, even if it were 7 days, by their own account I fell within that window. I don’t know if they just aren’t reading their own policy (or words for that matter) but this is absurd.

It's hard because the website looks so legit with all the different colors, photos, and reviews, but it is not.

WEDTREND is a SCAM

I wish I had found this site before ordering. WEDTREND is a scam. They take your order, never ship your item, and then dispute you with their phony return policy that you can’t cancel your order after 14 days; yet it’s over a month since I placed my order and they’ve yet to even provide a date for when it might ship.

This is not a legit company

This is not a legit company. Do not get scammed. The reviews listed on their site are very much fake and it's impossible to find reviews on anything from their site. There are no true reviews on their clothes or company anywhere. Check the comments on their social media to see what people really experienced who have been scammed by them. It's impossible to get in touch with them and I found out their actual business name is Zapaka and also Anmaya trading LLC. Their returns policy is super complicated, it takes forever for them to even update you about the delivery of your order. I didn't even recieve an update, I had to track them down through paypal and attempt to get my money back to get somewhat of an update. You will end up never receiving your order if you buy anything through this company. They are actually based in China and not in the US/UK as they previously had listed on their site before I ordered. They have since removed the info portion of their site. Don't get scammed. I'm making a review because there were no other real solid reviews I could find before buying from them.
