Ive attempted to cancel weighteatchers…
Ive attempted to cancel weighteatchers 3xs and they never confirm that I cancelled and continued to charge me. I had to contact my credit card company and tell them so not accept and WW charges. Overall the app is good, however I ran into financial issues and it became a nightmare.

Awful! Do not use them! Terrible and I mean terrible customer service. Rude and will keep lolly gagging around to get you to buy more membership. Customer service is awful.

Responses to questions are answered quickly and information is provided as needed. Face time with Johnanna is very helpful and I appreciate her help.
The app is user friendly especially with the barcode scanner to help with counting points

I just went to refill my prescription…
I just went to refill my prescription and I was on the introductory rate of 199 and it said it was going to charge me 349. The app is very hard to maneuver around.

Lifetime member for over 60 years. The program works even back then I became a WW. Of course I didn’t stay on the program but every time I went back the new programs worked. WW is a mind changer and life time way to eat. It certainly helps a person with eating healthy and right for life.

I canceled my membership for medical…
I canceled my membership for medical reasons and they’re going to continue to charge me for another eight months. I told them about my cancer diagnosis and the only way that they’re going to let me out of paying for the rest of the month is to get a doctors note. There is no way that I’m going to bother my breast surgeon, my radiation oncologist, or my medical oncologist for a note because Weight Watchers wants it I find that ludicrous and ridiculous and I would never ever ever recommend Weight Watchers to anyone ever again.

To provide our most competitive monthly rates, these plans require a long-term commitment, which was outlined and accepted during the enrollment process. Per our policy, these agreements remain active until the end of the scheduled term. We apply these standards consistently across our entire community and appreciate your understanding.
I really like the point system,
I really like the point system. It uses game psychology, discouraging eating high point foods by subtracting points, while it encourages exercise by adding points. The other bonus of the zero point foods is that I don't have to track them.
The workshops are very helpful in keeping me on course. I like the way the coaches keep things moving, so the meetings aren't boring.

I enrolled online and found it…
I enrolled online and found it difficult to know how to get started. There was no mention of using Zoom to talk with medical consultant. Once I made contact things went smoother. Please look at your website through the eyes of a senior aged person, not a younger digital friendly client.
Once I made contact and became familian with how the system works everything has been fine.
