I really like that the food diary now offers macros.
I like that the food diary includes nutrition macros in addition to points. Zero point foods have nutrients, nice to see them tallied at the end of the day.
I also really like all the workshops, and appreciate that I can watch on the laptop.
I would give my WW experience 5-stars if it had full laptop functionality. So much of my work is on the laptop, it is inconvenient to have to go get the phone to track my food.

I like that you offer weight loss medication. Seemed a bit much to get approved.
All fees and charges should be disclosed better (I.e appointment cancellation)

The medical assistance for GLP is great. I found online meeting group which very good information was shared.
My only complaint is the new WW is ONLY accessible via phone app. I prefer using my computer and do not track or have my many years of receipes accessible any longer.

I found the website hard to use when trying to get set up on the Wegovy. People respond quickly but sometimes hard to find or go to the place in the website they are talking about.

Great resources and constant support
I find the workshops very engaging and informative. The sessions with the nutritionist have been helpful as well. The folks that work on the med+ team are very responsive.

The app and online account is difficult…
The app and online account is difficult to navigate. I can’t find where it tells me which plan I’m paying for. Once I click on the Med+ section it gets stuck with just medication information with no way back to the main page.

My experience has been well I don't eat the best but my portions I've definitely going down after taking the weight loss medicine it's at a nice Pace you don't feel stressed about losing weight it's a great program

Tracking my meals is difficult unless I eat fast food
Tracking my meals is difficult bc all you offer is branded packed foods with high carbs, fats and salt. Ex: cottage cheese it goes to every low cost chemical brand. There are better options. If I input sourdough toast and I get some random fast food breakfast special. Basically all the breakfast options are fast food. I do not eat fast food and it is an insult to every overweight person to suggest we sit around with greasy fingers! We have all tried every damn clean diet and are still frustrated. Why can't you just list RED LEAF LETTUCE? Not Sally's bar lettuce with 33,000 units of sodium. WORK WITH US HERE.
If I input mushroom morning drink, I get one. There are multiple drinks. Research them and put them on the list AND LIST INGREDIENTS with pros and cons! You are an app run by AI for goodness sakes! Fill the menu!! I'm going to continue bc I can use you for what I want but I would not recommend you. Get you your AI meal prep on with useful info or go home.

Overall experience is good
The Care Team is very responsive and provides timely and informative information, answering all questions. The mail pharmacy service using the US Postal Service has a considerable delay from date of order by care team to date of delivery/receipt (8 days in my case). One apparently has to use the WW App to take advantage of most of the information. The price of the medication goes up over time with dosage increase and this should be made totally clear right from the beginning.

Happy but a little lost
I like WW but I feel I’m not using the app as I should. That’s on me. There is alot offered with the program I just am not an app person so it will take some getting used to.
