I love the support my group provides. We have become a big family.

I was on wygovey for 2 months. When I got to 9mg I found I was very sleepy for 3 hrs/day. I chose zepbound but couldn't actually pick it on their site no matter what I tried. No support from the WW team. No phone call to help me. $$$ a month but no actual phone call to help me. I'm an RN. So disappointed in their support. Just a simple call from them would have done it for me. A. Years RN BSN

I was on weight watchers and canceled my membership in May. They have continued to charge me and my year membership was up. I was ill at the time and never even got to use it but about a month. They owe me for July and August charges! When I tried to get in touch with them I couldn’t because I cancelled my membership and account. This is fraud!!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating!

I like that I rarely look at the points. I eat according to the macros. It makes life so much easier. I am eating healthier now that I have this tool.

Having a conversation with the clinician and teams is like talking to AI. Overall, the ww program works well, when tracking appropriately.

I love the assistance my Team gives me. It makes me feel good to know that I have easy access to them and they are monitoring me.

I loved weight watchers until they changed the app and then I tried to get weight loss shots through them. They kept telling me to keep waiting, and waiting. And if the doctor denies you, you still have to pay the expensive monthly payment without receiving the weight loss shots. Buyer beware!!!

I thought when I signed up for the Wegovy GLP1 plan that it would be an auto refill. Evidently, that is not the case. I was not aware that I had to fill out something on your app to get the refill. It would be great if you guys would send some kind of E notification that said something like you are due for a refill soon. Please fill out the refill form on our app. I was blindsided and now I only have two pills left and I feel like your system neglect reminders to the customer that is paid a fairly large amount of money for the service. You can do better.

What was once a reputable, wonderful, and trustworthy company is now, in my opinion, a disgrace.

I joined Weight Watchers for $25/month because I wanted to lose weight and was led to believe medication would be available. When I was told the medication was outside my budget, I asked to cancel. I was then told I was locked into a contract—one I didn’t realize I was agreeing to.

I’ve joined Weight Watchers several times over the years, and one of the reasons I kept coming back was because I trusted them. If it wasn’t working for me, often due to my own choices, I could simply cancel.

This time, however, I feel misled. Not only was I unaware I was signing a contract, but the $25 monthly fee increased to $75 after just three months—another detail I feel was buried in the agreement.

People who are struggling to lose weight can be vulnerable and desperate for help, and it’s upsetting to see that trust taken advantage of. I honestly can’t believe this is the same Weight Watchers I used to trust.

Full trust - nice communication

It sucks to have to pay full price when they don't take your insurance for some things but they do for other things and then you're limited to what medications you can get but my experience with the doctor is great and the videos I've watched are awesome! But this is part of my fitness journey and I'm just grateful some medication s at least comes with my subscription fee 🤗

I felt like I was led to believe that is was 25. 00 month, but 75. Alertly they said insurance would cover some (before I agreed). The site is always having down time

I've only been a member for a couple of weeks, but like it so far.

I love Weight Watchers! I just think the platform for GLP could be better and just getting straight answers about the fees that we are paying. I like my care team.

I’ve enjoyed using the app for meal logging and have had a seamless experience with my care team. Lots of great recipes, health resources, and tools to use on the app as well.

So far everything has gone well. I am new with the program. I had a small issue but was addressed immediately and resolved right away.
Pleased with everything so far.

The app is terrible. Most of the time it will not open. Not great when the tool you use to track food etc won't work. Very frustrating

Also what happen to the great recipe and restaurant database.
