Quality Care
The quality of care from my support team is excellent. The communication is top tier. They have thoroughly addressed every question and concern I have had. They have never made me feel that I messaged them too much nor asked too many questions. They repeatedly encourage me to bring all of my questions and concerns to them. The clinician addresses in detail everything I have brought to her. She is informative giving excellent advice. I am still learning how to manage how, when and what to eat, but I’m improving slowly. Overall to date, this has been a good experience for me.

WW app is amazing and what they offer…
WW app is amazing and what they offer is great. I am disappointed in our new in person location but I know we are fortunate to have an in person workshop, so many others do not have one.

Very few in person workshops
Biggest issue is lack of in person meeting places. As a lifetime member, I’m required to check-in in person, but closest place is 10+ miles away. The online workshops don’t offer the same support.

After 6 months I shut off WW app cause…
After 6 months I shut off WW app cause I wasn't getting my workshops to play. No one could help me. Two days ago I put on to my surprise the app was different and now I have my workshops. I don't know what happened but glad it did. Thank you Elizabeth Ann Zemanek

I think I get more bang for my money
I think I get more bang for my money. More support, easier app to navigate. I have quit WW numerous times because there was a lot of good but a lot of bad and having joined again, I think this is the best WW yet.

I love the app. The only thing I have noticed is when you scan a bar code the nutrition facts don't always match what is on the actual product.

Quick and accurate response to medication
Contacting the Med clinic was easy and created an immediate response. My request for medication was addressed within a couple of days. They really know what they are doing, especially when it comes to the GLP1 bridge program.

Med +
The med + part of the app is often confusing and difficult to maneuver through it. The rest of the app is great and easy to use. It is helpful in managing my eating and getting the nutrition that I need.
