Contacting the Med clinic was easy and created an immediate response. My request for medication was addressed within a couple of days. They really know what they are doing, especially when it comes to the GLP1 bridge program.

The med + part of the app is often confusing and difficult to maneuver through it. The rest of the app is great and easy to use. It is helpful in managing my eating and getting the nutrition that I need.

The app is fairly easy to use though I would prefer using computer. There are variety of workshops and programs to help you achieve your goals.

I have been on WW for just a month, and am happy with my progress! I had a lot of questions when I first began, and found so much information on dealing with my meals and what to expect! With WW’s help, I know I can do this!

Everyone is very nice and helpful, but my Zepbound never arrived. I am disappointed with the delivery aspect of this service. I am still waiting..,

I’m very happy with the support and help I have received from the weight watchers care team.

Probably tried weight watchers 10 times in the past twenty years and it's better then ever. So easy to track. Love the diverse online workshops. Love the zero points. Everything is great so far.

Our Friday 10:30 coach (Becky) is both fun and knowledgeable.

The few workshops I have listened to just read straight from their note cards. Don't really feel like they are experts. When you talk strength training don't tell me I need to do it. Let's gear it toward different age groups and demonstrate. Workshops to me seem useless for me. Nothing new same as every other diet plan. I would not pay extra for them. They did not draw me in to listen to more. Weigh in was okay.

I always learn something in workshops

Love the in person meetings. Great coaches and participants. Increased motivation and success.

Disappointing cancellation and billing experience

I signed up for a WeightWatchers promotional membership and later attempted to cancel. During the cancellation process, I specifically remember selecting the option to be notified when my promotional commitment was ending. I relied on that notification to remind me to cancel before standard billing began. I never received it and was subsequently charged $23.71.

Customer service told me their system did not show that I had selected the notification option, so they refused my refund request. I understand the membership terms, but if a customer uses a cancellation feature and relies on a notification that is never received, I believe the company should take some responsibility rather than placing the entire burden on the customer.

What was particularly troubling was the representative telling me they had reviewed my profile and could see how much I had engaged with the program. I found this unnecessarily invasive during a simple billing dispute. I was then told my account and request had been reviewed by an escalation agent, who also denied the refund.

Even more frustrating, the representative initially offered a prorated refund of the $23.71 charge only if I accepted a new $10/month membership. I was contacting them because I wanted to cancel, not purchase another membership.

I have now canceled. The $23.71 itself is not the only issue—the bigger issue is that I attempted to cancel, relied on a notification feature provided during the cancellation process, never received the notification, and was ultimately told that because their system did not record my selection, the problem was entirely mine.

I would strongly recommend that anyone signing up carefully document the cancellation process and take screenshots of all notifications and renewal terms.

I did WW about 30 years ago and I’m impressed by some of the changes. (I’ve only been back for a couple days, so it does seem premature to ask for a review!) Being able to track everything on an app and being able to scan bar codes and take photos of dishes are great features. I like the app so far.

I’ve only tried one virtual workshop so far and there were WAY too many participants (over 200) to feel it was very useful. I left early.

My biggest frustration is that I often like to use my computer instead of my phone, and the WW website could be much better. I can’t add a profile pic (so I can tell at a glance that I’m signed in) and worst of all, they don’t make it easy to print a recipe by providing a “print” function. (Using other methods spreads the recipe over multiple pages or require screenshots.)

The chat function responds very fast but it is AI and that is frustrating for all sorts of reasons.

The experience for the begining of the process was good . I'm not computer person ...so that was a challenge for me (updates).

Bulky system. Changes my preferred pharmacy. Different responder too often.

It has been nice to get into workshops from home. My days are filled with work and things. I can get on a workshop when I need to and not go in person. But sometimes it is nice to engage with people in person. But this is my 5 time doing WW.
