live meetings and community are key for me-I gain confidence and commitment from others as well as recipes and motivation- my coach Lissette M is wonderful, as is Phyllis who does check in at old bethpage Ny meeting
I also love the app for tracking-food and activity as well as all the features it offers from workouts to chats to mindfulness

This is definitely not my mother's weight watchers! I love the points program and never feel deprived. The zero points foods and extra weekly points make this feel less like a diet and more like a lifestyle. The app is awesome and I LOVE the virtual workshop, which are not like work at all, they're fun!

I'm a past ww, and knew this was the program to go back to. Also I really like the app

I've been around long enough to remember when Weight Watchers became a widely publicized company that really supported people with weight loss. There were various brick and mortar locations of the company. Upon signing up, I had no idea that I was, first, signing up to communicate with people via text message, and second, paying a monthly fee for an app that did not include the cost of the weight loss medication. There are no more brick and mortar locations, according to your staff. I also did not realize that your people would not take into consideration that I have been on glp1s for years now so I am back at the starter dose with WW, which is not only ineffective, but an actual waste of money. No one asked me for my medical records as proof of the last time I took the glp1. No one was concerned about doing any of that at all. I am INCREDIBLY unhappy with everything about this company right now, and the only reason why I am continuing with WW this month is because I'm trying to see if the next dose up will be impactful to my weight loss. If it is not, I will not be continuing with WW (regardless of your misleading, locked-in monthly contract), and I will very LOUDLY promote my experiences with this company through every medium format possible- including screenshots and videos of communications.

Overall I do love weightwatchers. The nutritionists are wonderful and there is a wealth of very useful information. The only thing for me is that I find the website/app to be overwhelming. There is SO much until you either don't know where to go or what is most helpful. The Chatbox sometimes doesn't work for me because I feel like I am talking to a robot and not a person who is really invested or concerned with my situation. Again, love love love weightwatchers just have issues with the website.

I have used WW app a few times over the years,however, this time around I am having a great experience. I love how they changed the app to calculate protein, fats, carbs and fiber from my daily food tracking. I decided to join the Med plus membership. I am impressed with the care team. They have been there every step of the process with information and details of the next step. I'm pleased with my WW experience this time around and highly recommend using WW for your weight loss journey.

Easy to use and covers all aspects of Weight Watchers. Occasionally the app freezes, which is why it's not 5 stars.

Group meetings are very helpful and provide excellent information based on science. I’ve also signed up for medication. That is working well but I feel it would be better to have a phone call prior to starting the medication.

Weight Watchers is a scam. They got me to join by promising they coukd give me GLP-1s. After i joined they said it wasn't available in my area which they knew before I joined. Then refused to let me cancel my membership. They continue tocharge me every month even though I have canceled my membership. Do mot sign up with them or give them your card info. They use Bait and Switch. They promise anything to get you to join and after they have your card info they inform you that they cant do any of the stuff they said they could.
