My experience with Wesley financial was awesome. They helped with my timeshare and were very upfront about how things would go. There honest as to what they could do and followed up with me about what was being done. I am very thankful that I did this group. I would recommend them to any one that want to get out of their timeshare.

Wesley Financial was able to get us out of our timeshare. You will know after a call with them if they are able to get you out of it or not. Yes, there is a price involved but it is totally worth it knowing you don't have to worry about a timeshare draining your finances anymore. It took us less than a year to get out of it. Wesley provides all of the tools to help you. It is worth the initial conversation.

It cost just a little bit more money for them to help us get out of it. But in a long run it would have cost a whole lot more money to keep the timeshare and it is something that we would have not been able to use and would not have you. I am so grateful to Wesley Financial Group for helping me get rid of my timeshares with Bluegreen Vacations. Every time I visited the timeshare, I was pressured into upgrading and ended up with 3 different accounts and 3 separate maintenance fees. I ended up losing my dad's inheritance since they automatically removed it from my bank account, then I heard about Wesley Financial Group on the radio and decided to contact them because I was going into debt. This company is legit. Yes its costly but it cost you more money to pay all those fees they didnt tell you about to keep your timeshare. Get rid of your timeshare quick and fast. They will keep you updated. Very professional and quick to respond. I wish I didnt have to use them but so very glad they were there to rescue us.

Working the Exiting Specialist was a pleasure. Anytime I needed help to compose a letter she did a wonderful job quickly. If I had a question or a concern there were answers immediately. It was told to me that it may take up to six months or longer to get the exiting process accomplished. In my case were out of the timeshare in three months from the start. I would highly recommend WFG for their service, more so for the one leading the Exiting Team I worked with during the process.

The result of my experience was that l was released from my timeshare obligations. The guidance I received from Wesley was key factor of ultimate success. I have no complaints about the service.
I will say that my situation was relatively uncomplicated & straight forward. The cost of Wesley services in my case was quite steep for what amounted to providing a phone number, email address & assistance with two (2) emails.
As an after thought I just think it would be more equitable if Wesley had a sliding scale on fees depending on the sophistication of service provided.

I paid Wesley $5,000.00 and all they gave me was one bit of advice, they told me to stop paying the time share. A year and a half later the time share terminated my membership in the mean time a lot of bad stuff on my credit reports. Wesley would do nothing for me with the credit reports. They wouldn't even give me a partial refund. I got taken advantage of by the time share company and Wesley. So many people in this world with no conscience. Pathetic.

It was a disaster, they kept charging me the maintenance fees and loan payments. I had no access to use my points due to they changed their website and locked me out of it. I tried calling to get in and they told me I had to buy more points then they would unlock it. I came to Wesle at this point as I just wanted out. I was paying close to 500.00 per month and it just wasnt worth it for not getting anything in return. It took about 9 months but in June 2024 the loan payments and maintenance fees stopped. I waited a couple months and they didnt start back up. I am extremely happy I no longer have this debt. Thank you Wesley for getting rid of it.

My husband and I had been under a timeshare contract since 2010. Initially, we enjoyed being able to share vacation trips with our adult kids but we later found out that when we passed our kids would inherit our timeshare along with the exorbitant monthly payments and we couldn’t imagine that would be something they would want. It only took about 4 months and we were free from our ownership. It was somewhat expensive but well worth the peace of mind to not have to worry about maintenance fees anymore. Hillary Love and Amber Baggett were our champions at Wesley and did a terrific job coaching us on all procedures and communications. Hats off to Wesley and staff for making the process very easy.

Expensive, and not as effective as I’d hoped in reducing the cost of exiting timeshare, but certainly helpful, easy to work with, pleasant and responsive, and most important, successful.

I have two timeshares. With the help of my Wesley Group contact, one was cancelled immediately. The other had a few more steps to follow but is just awaiting approval at the board of directors meeting in August. I would never have been able to know who to contact and what to say.

We just received our completed surrender letter from our timeshare. It took 19 months total, WFG helped us every step of the way. They kept in contact the whole time. We worked With Drew, exceptional service and attention to detail. He is calling the county in Missouri to make sure it was filed with the county. I highly recommend WFG. We will save thousands of dollars in the years to come. We will use them again if our Wyndham timeshare starts jacking up maintenance fees or assessments are charged at some point.
