From the start we were told what to expect. They were patient in explaining the process. We were kept informed of what was happening. Always there to help with what ever questions we had. Thank you Wesley Financial Group for taking a load off our shoulder.

Forever Grateful!

Wesley Financial Group provided clear and super easy guidance throughout the whole process. They’re knowledgeable with contracts and cancelations procedures that we could’ve never understood and handled on our own.
The cancellation of our timeshare helped us save on maintenance fees and mortgage payments, so it’s been a financia relief for us. It’s also peace of mind without stress or not knowing what could happen next.
Now we can move forward with more clarity and peace of mind into our retirement years.
All was handled in a timely and effective manner. They continually kept us informed and addressed our concerns. It’s been a blessing to have achieved this in our lives!
We highly recommend Wesley Financial Group to anyone seeking reliable and effective solution for timeshare cancellation.

Mission somewhat accomplished but with zero empathy and assistance

While they managed to get me off my timeshare, the dealings and communications with the Wesley members were very stone cold
I asked specific questions on outstanding amounts owed on the time share credit card and was told to ignore these only to find out at the end I had to pay every cent on it and Wesley can’t help There are other examples of them simply ignoring my request for clarification repeatedly There is no empathy at all , just business like transactional interactions from them
They claim to save those duped by time share companies but it seems like they thrive on the dubious time share companies and profit handsomely from it, much like the pharmaceutical companies that gives one relief from a symptom yet you get other ailments and need the pharmas to suppress these other ailments or side effects too !

Wesley Financial is the real deal when it comes to helping someone get out of their Timeshare. They have a fantastic team that knows what to do and how to structure your responses to get the end result that you want. I am so thankful Julie Harrison and her team were there to help my daughter and I out of our Timeshare.

This is the biggest scam

This is the biggest scam. Wesley Financial helped write one letter for a fee of $5400. Go to your timeshare directly. Wesley Financial adds no value.

A valuable service

Amanda our representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. She was helpful, timely, and honest in guiding us through the process. The service is expensive, but it won’t take long to recoup that investment from no longer paying maintenance fees.

Expensive but worth it!

Wesley was upfront about all of the fees and the process. While it was quite expensive, I feel great about not having to pay any more maintenance fees for a timeshare I rarely used. Now I will save that money for a future trip to Disneyland with my grandchildren. Kevin was very professional and took care of everything, and kept me up to date on all the happenings. It was completed in just over 5 months. I think the smoothness of the process all depends on who you have your Timeshare with. Mine was with Wyndham.

We contacted Wesley Financial Group and very glad we did!

We contacted Wesley Financial Group about 8 months after entering into a timeshare contract. After speaking with a customer service rep and were deemed eligible for assistance we were then contacted by our representative who assisted us with the process. Kory B. was always understanding of our situation and provided us with exceptional support and guidance. Over the weekend we received our cancellation notice from the timeshare entity. We're extremely pleased with Wesley Financial Group and highly recommend them to assist with your timeshare cancellation.

Out of time share

Things could not have gone better. Beneika could not have been nicer or helpful. It only took3 months and Hilton took back my timeshare. I did not accuse Hilton of any wrongdoing, I had not been able to use it in 10 years, and they took it back.

WFG - representative service

WFG provided me with Amanda B. as my assigned representative. Amanda was superb! Friendly, prompt, professional and a wealth of information. She listened to all my concerns and addressed each one in detail. She kept me to my schedule with timely reminders. I am pleased to say that due to WFG and Amanda, I am now free of two separate timeshare contracts. Thanks Amanda!!

Look around. Be your own advocate and save $5-6,000

The original WFG contract was to get us out of our Florida timeshare. They guaranteed this within 36 months or 100%refund. They offered a monthly payment plan or a discounted, upfront single full payment. We paid it all at once. My misunderstanding (?) was they would represent us and I thought I “lawyered up”. No such thing. They charged $5,396.00..For that I got scripts to call the time share and plead my case, myself. At no time was I to mention I retained WFG. The flimsy scripts seemed generic and unhelpful. I had to copy all emails and recorded all calls. I have heart problems that filled me with dread to confront the timeshare as my heart rate and blood pressure rose with each attempt to reconcile with the resort. I was greeted with misdirected calls, unreturned voicemails, rude staff that said there was no way out of my timeshare. I was advised by WFG to wait 30-60 days after each attempt. This continued for 2 1/2 years. As the 36 months was closing in, I mentioned to my WFG handler “ so if this doesn’t happen in 36 months I get a full refund,right?” She said well we’ll renegotiate! Just under the wire I get “good” news my resort is willing to relieve me of my contract for $800.00 but I had to go though WFG only and no more contact with the resort. Oh and make the check out to Westley!? Sounds fishy. Buyer beware
