These people offered us a way out of a…

These people offered us a way out of a contract that was fraudulent by putting us in to a contract that was fraudulent. We never got a single piece of paper, a single call, not even an email or text. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us and yet had no problem charging us 5,000 up front which they refused to refund. Biggest bunch of crooks you will ever find.

I have been extremely pleased

I have been extremely pleased by the service I received. Frannie White kept me informed of their actions and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. Everything has worked out well. My timeshare was taken back. I would recommend Wesley to anyone needed this service.

Highly recommend!

We were scammed by another 'exit company' so we were very leery talking to Wesley. Everything about our experience with Wesley was different from day 1. The verbiage on all the contracts was different, they reached out often (and always when they said they would), and worked tirelessly on our behalf. It was a lengthy process for us (our timeshare was very difficult to connect with and very slow to reply), but it doesn't stop the team at Wesley from continuing to pursue the exit for us.
Highly recommend working with Wesley Financial for all your exit needs!!

They were amazing

They were amazing. We worked with Jada and she was the best!!! She was very proactive and keep us updated the whole way. She was patient and knowledgeable, answering all the questions we had. It took about 3 years and she was with us and fighting for us the whole way.

I was very upset with the process

I was very upset with the process! It lasted just below 3 years to get out of the timeshare. They had limited contact with me and when I contacted them they blamed the hold up on the timeshare. They told me the same thing all the time. “We are doing the best we can. The time share is not doing their part.” Or “we only send out your information once a month or so to the time share company so it takes a while to get back.” They took my money right after the first year and didn’t get a resolution for over another year. I still was receiving maintenance fees for that entire almost 3 years and went into collections and received calls everyday from collection. Wesley told me not to answer the calls but the calls kept coming. When I started to complain to Wesley they switched the person that contacted me and the messages were still the same. I owed collections thousands of dollars because it took Wesley so long to do what they said they would do. On top of that I took loans to pay them and then maxed out my credit cards to pay my way out of my timeshare. I am just as much in debt now as I was than. I really felt scammed.

They said that it would cost us 7 seven…

They said that it would cost us 7 seven thousand dollars to exit our timeshares and after one year billed us for another 7 thousand dollars more to renew our contract and they couldn't get rid of our Wyndham Kingsgate week so I called them and they have a exit program that's free to turn in the timeshare so try to do it yourself first don't make the mistake we made don't use any timeshare exit program call the resort first.

Heaven Sent

The company explains everything from the get go! They answer all questions and make sure you aware of what could come! I read all the fine prints and had multiple questions! They were angels! They are great. Kat was absolutely fantastic! She called back when I had a question but we were very VERY patient during the full year they were working on our situation with Westgate. We started and paid in December of 2024. It’s scary to drop the amount we had to pay but it would have been worth it because the HOA DUES keep going up with a timeshare so we would have been screwed out entirely life. I am very thankful for Wesley Financial and cried when we got the news we were no longer attached to Westgate. A lot of money has been wasted from the whole experience- especially with Westgate but I am happy to give Wesley my money again from what I know now. Thank You Kat and Mr. McDowell!

No more time share!

Wesley is an honest company. They were with me all the way and informed me of the order in which the procedure would happen. Julie Harrison was my contact and she kept in close contact with me letting me know how each step was proceding. Everyone i spoke with at Wesley were very professional. I am so glad that I am no longer associated with a time share.

My daughter and I went to Las Vegas…

My daughter and I went to Las Vegas early 2024 to see the sights and meet with a friend. While walking through our hotel we received an offer to see a show if we sat through a quick presentation about timeshares. We thought, sure, why not. The presentation was wonderful, the speaker very engaging providing highlights of vacations with family and ability to stay anywhere in the country. The next 2 hours were a complete blur of high pressure sales and we did not have the ability to say no or ask for a minute. In hindsight, a mother daughter trip and solid sales pitch, we were sitting ducks. By the time we got home I read the sales agreement provided on a thumb drive and due to travel we missed out on the cancel period. I heard the Wesley Financial commercial and called them. The staff was very nice, provided all information up front including the expectation to wait, it doesn’t happen overnight. Each month we made our timeshare payment, close to $650 as we didn’t want to be in default and received updates as they came. By the end of the year we received the great news of the results. We were out free and clear. The amount of stress, money and worry vanished, we were so thankful to be out from under the contract, fees and misinformation of the timeshare. The Absolute Greatest: Freedom

The absolute greatest part of this experience is timeshare freedom!
Wesley Financial was clear, answered questions and responded to my situation in a very professional and straight forward manner, but without making me feel incompetent for getting in the timeshare ownership trap in the first place. I admit that I did not think it through when I fell in the timeshare trap. That’s on me. I felt hopelessly ensnared. Wesley gave me hope, took care of the business dealings with Travel+Leisure, and educated and supported me throughout the process. Wesley staff were knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and always professional.
Although Wesley clearly warned me that the process could take a long time, nonetheless I was surprised that it took about a year to complete. This was not because Wesley dragged it out , but because of slow response and reaction on the part of Travel+Leisure.
Also, and this one s not operant: prepare yourself! The process is expensive. Look ahead to the day when you no longer are strapped to a program that continuously depletes your resources. It is worth the time, cost and frustration to be freed of the obligations associated with timeshare ownership.
Especially in the beginning months of the process you will be expected to write a detailed explanation of your experiences with the program and what is motivating you to anticipate to exit. Make sure you have data, logic cartoons, names contracts, etc. available to research your timeshare ownership history.
My experience did include a number of changes in my assigned go-to person at Wesley, and that was rather scary. However, eventually I got assigned to Ashley Martinez, an associate for whom I developed sound trust, respect and follow-through.
Always remember, if something sounds too good to be true, it most likely is!

The company was very thorough in explaining the process they use to help you through the cancellation process. Bukola Oaihimine was prompt in replying to
our inquiries and keeping us up to date on what steps
to take. Only con is we felt the cost could have been lower.

Westley Financial kept me informed on…

Westley Financial kept me informed on everything that they were doing to get me out of mt timeshare. They assisted me with all paperwork that needed to be completed and the Representatives working for this company are really great with keeping me updated and letting me know they were diligently working on my case. They were also really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company if you are trying to exit a timeshare. Although it was a little timely and a little costly, I am grateful I am out of that lying, money laundering loop- hole from that timeshare. I just wished the company could have gotten me a some type of a refund on the timeshare seeing how every time I called to use it, I never could. So basically I just gave my money away, but so grateful it is over.

We had our initial call with Wesley…

We had our initial call with Wesley Financial, speaking with a supposed VP named Glenn. He said getting out of our timeshare could take 2 weeks to 15 months, likely closer to 15 months. If they secure a refund, we'd get 65%, and they'd take 35%. The service cost was quoted at $14,000, but he offered to reduce it to around $12,500 after hearing our situation.

Is this a typical cost? He asked if we could pay with a high-limit credit card that earns points. This feels like a scam to me—who has a credit line of $13,000 or more? Our timeshare is valued at $25,000, so this fee is nearly half of what I was misled into paying. It's still unaffordable for us.

wesley did nothing whatever to help me…

wesley did nothing whatever to help me except take $7000. All they did was give me a
the email address that I could have gotten on my own. I contacted the time share company. They gave me the exit papers and told the fee I have to pay.
The terms were all from the time share. I didn't need wesley at all to accomplish the same outcome.

A total waste of money.

Wesley is a very honest company

Wesley is a very honest company. They were straight forward about the order in which the procedure would happen. They kept in close contact with us letting us know each step. Joshua was very kind and always very informative and professional. We are so happy we are not owners of a timeshare any longer.

I am extremely pleased with Wesley Financial! From the very first call to us finally getting resolution, they've been so very kind, friendly, helpful and very available. We started with Kory Boyd. He's amazing and in the middle of our case, he got promoted. We were assigned Dillon Hodes. We were a little nervous with a new agent but he's been just as spectacular as Kory!

This company and it's employees are transparent, up front and honest about everything. They answered every question and put all our anxiety to rest.

We're almost at the finish line and it's a good feeling. It's a timely process and yes, it costs a bit of money. Their payment plan has helped us tremendously.

Thank you to Wesley Financial, Kory and Dillon for all your hard work, care and compassion.
