We were young and dumb when we purchased not one but two timeshares! The worst thing we could have ever done. When we heard about Wesley Financial, we were skeptical at first. We had been let down so many times when we tried to get free of those cursed things. We, my husband and I made the decision to give Wesley Financial Group a try. We had interactions with a few other representatives from Wesley Financial, but Jada Harris by far was the best. She was our angel. Thank you, Jada. You kept us updated and kept us encouraged that this day would finally come. Thank you again for your patience, dedication and quality of customer service.

My experience with Wesley financial made me feel that not only I got ripped off from the time share, I also got ripped off with Wesley financial. I understand that exiting a time share will very in time but I was with Wesley financial for over a year and a half and was not any closer to getting out of the timeshare then I was from day one. I’ve had to pay Wesley financial 14,000 for my case before they started to get to work and they told me in there experience it’s best to continue to pay the time share the same time they are trying to get me out. With out counting the maintenance fees I was paying about 6,000 a year for the time share. So after paying all that money to Wesley financial to get me out and it never happen I had to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy. They easily got me out of the timeshare. I wish I just did that from the start. Going through Wesley financial was too expensive and a waist of my time which is why I feel that I was scammed twice. I wish there was a way I could get my money back or at least half.

Wesley Financial helped us get out of our time share! They were always super nice! Jarriel always answered our questions and always was ready to help move to the next level! I would definitely recommend using them if you want to get out of a timeshare that is more stressful than enjoyable!

We, and I stress WE, were able to release me from my timeshare in about 6 months. A reason why I'm only giving a four star is because when they state we....they mean you need to do the work. They give you the coaching and where to send their suggestions, you copy and paste to an email that comes from you. They aren't lawyers and everything needs to come from you and your computer. I also started with one coach and was told after we started that they needed to change to another coach as they were more familiar with the timeshare I was trying to terminate. That bothered me at first but the new coach got back to me in a timely matter where the other was not as timely. I'm really very happy with the results as I no longer have the maintenance fees hanging over me. It was an expensive experience and one I won't repeat. WFG was a good company to work with.

Wesley Financial Group helped my wife and I escape from the worse mistakes we ever made. It took us a little over 2 years to get rid of it but as of this morning we are finally free from this nightmare called a TS. It was a long process but was definitely worth it. Wesley Group kept us informed throughout the entire process and explained everything to us from the start and was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and most importantly understandable. They didn't make us feel like idiots for falling into this TS trap. Thank you Wesley Financial Group for getting us out of this TS.

I had 3 timeshares from which I desired to get released. The Specialists I worked with were proficient in getting the job done without my involvement for 2 of the timeshares. The third timeshare however, I had to communicate with the management company myself. While the emails were written for me, there were errors and misstatements that I had to correct before sending forward. The Service Representative in that case was of little help given the amount of money that the company was paid.

My recommendation to anyone considering using this company - if you are trying to get out of a Wyndham Property - by all means go with them. Any other timeshare company - shop around as they do not live up to what they claim in their advertising (get your money back - I actually had to pay the timeshare more money to get out of it, get financial relief...) and overcharge for what they provide.

The experience was horrible. Just like a timeshare. Here is how much we charge take it or leave it. Want to review the proposal and was told need to decide today.

Although it took a lot longer to be released from our timeshare than I liked...it is finally done. Julie Harrison was so good to communicate with in the latter year or so. Julie answered all my correspondence and questions in a timely fashion . She followed up with me when she sensed I was getting anxious about everything. Wesley Financial did do what they said they'd do it just took a long time. My advice.... DON'T buy a timeshare!!
