Ordered four activation tablets for a Secumar life jacket on 27th May. Paid by PayPal. Received an order number.
Since then nothing
Emailed, no response. Used internal chat facility. No response.
No despatch info or tracking number. Nothing.
Have notified PayPal for a refund - which, apparently takes weeks.
If I’d used Amex it wd’ve been sorted ages ago and I cd move on.
Clearly this is a company with big problems.

Order placed then ... nothing. order not processed, no tracking info received. online chat and email are unattended and phone number provided is invalid.

I Emailed Whitecaps to check and confirm if a Red Paddle cool bag was in stock
I had a prompt reply saying yes not a problem which gave me some confidence to place an order
after waiting 10 or so days and hearing nothing I sent many e mails requesting tracking and delivery info
one reply eventually came saying they were waiting for stock from their suppliers
following this I had no replies
I eventually contacted my bank to reverse the payment
I have still heard nothing from Whitecaps
On readinng other reviews I beleive there is a pattern in this scam!

Order delivered not in accordance with what was ordered. Cooler ordered in a 30-liter version and I received the 18 liters... No response to emails.

Dispute opened via paypal. If this is not enough, we will call on our legal assistance.

TO FLEE!!!!!!!!
Commande livrée non conforme à ce qui a été commandé. Glacière commandée en version 30 litres et j’ai reçu la 18 litres…Pas de réponse aux mails.

I have ordered Wakeboard bindings with Whitecaps. The price was great, everything was delivered in time, therefore an excellent shopping experience.
After experiencing a quality issue, I got in touch regarding warranty. The WCP team could not help, because the manufacturer would require getting in touch with them directly. WCP team was very professional and curious of the outcome. I was in continuous contact with them, and finally, everything was solved as expected. I therefore can only recommend WCP!

I have experienced the worst user experience ever. It has been nearly two months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received a tracking number.

Customer support responds only once a week with irrelevant information.

The store operates like a typical scam service, leading me to initiate a chargeback.

Such stores should not exist, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

My order never arrived (I've been waiting for almost 3 months), radio silence from Whitecaps.
I placed the order in mid-March, I initially received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed by 2 weeks due to a warehouse relocation, and since then, nothing, no response to my messages and follow-ups... It seems like they just ran off with the money.

Ware nach 3 Monaten nicht erhalten. Nie auch nur irgendeine Reaktion des Kundenservice. Nicht mal der Paypal Käuferschutz ist behilflich. Von beiden Firmen bitte einen großen Bogen machen.

I have purschased 2 articles more than on month ago for an amount of 33.24eur . I have sent them two emails. No answer.

Bestellung nach Frankreich nie geliefert und keine Zurückerstattung bekommen!

Mein Kollege aus Frankreich hat eine Schutzhülle für ein Surfbrett (ROAM Boardbag Surfboard Tech Bag Double Fun 8.0) bestellt für eine Summe von 200,67 € am 5.03.2024.
Am 26.03.24 habe ich sie telefonisch erreicht nach Anfragen meines Kollegen, da es für ihn sehr schwer war jemanden zu erreichen via Whatsapp, ohne deutsche Kenntnisse.
Es wurde mir gesagt, dass das Boardbag nicht mehr verfügbar sei. So habe ich eine Zurückerstattung beantragt, worauf mir geantwortet wurde "Das wird voraussichtlich kommende Woche sein."
Nach einer Woche nichts, da habe ich den Kontakt aufgenomment, telefonisch war es unmöglich.
Per e-mail hab ich es mehrmals versucht und keine Antwort erhalten!

Ich sehe hier dass andere Kunden (auch aus Frankreich) ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben, dass Whitecaps anscheinend seine Versprechungen nicht einhält.

Ich finde es unmöglich, dass das Unternhmen weiter verkauft und weltweit liefert aber seine Versprechungen nicht einhält!

Wenn mein Kollege nicht zurückerstattet wird, müssen wir eine Beschwerde einreichen oder gerichtlich vorgehen.

Placed an order 2nd of March 2024. Payment has been made and little news since then despite trying multiple times and means to get in touch.
I dontt know anything about the availability of the product but I have been promised a refund : nothing has been done so far.

Update from 28/03/24: got in touch with them, moving warehouse and being super late with less staff involved

Update from 23/07/24 : still no refund, nearly 5 months after

Update on my previous post: I was told that they do not have the drysuit I ordered. I asked for a refund and my credit card still has not been credited. It has been several weeks since I asked and I have not received a single response. I have reached out by email and their chat feature in the website. Again, buyer beware, customer service is not good. I am hoping to get refunded the money that was paid to them back in December.

Moin Whitecaps Products Team, es ist jetzt leider schon fast ein Jahr her dass ich mit Euch super Erfahrungen gemacht hab. Jetzt wollte ich mich aber nochmal bedanken ! Ich wollte letztes Jahr im Mai nach Tarifa und Portugal fahren und hatte kurz vorher meine Finne geschrottet, brauchte also schnell eine neue. Hatte bei Euch auf zwei verschiedenen Portalen bestellt, bis sich nach Anrufen von Euch rausstellete, dass diese nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Jetzt Stress. Hin und her, eine passende suchen, keine gefunden auf die Schnelle, Mist. Manuel rief mich dann ein drittes oder viertes Mal an um mir zu sagen, dass er noch eine ausgegraben hat. Hoffentlich kommt die pünktlich. Nur noch 2 Tage bis Abreise. Manuel hat dann freundlicherweise anstatt dem etwas lagsameren Lieferanten UPS, doch DHL beauftragt und in 1,5 Tagen hatte ich meine Finne. - Der Hammer. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal dafür, Manuel. Hatte zwar 4 Wochen 9 Bft Onshore, aber das nächste Mal bestelle ich bei Euch auch den passenden Wind. Denke das wird klappen. 10 Sterne

Einkaufen hat prima geklappt. Alles schnell und zuverlässig. Der Verkäufer sehr nett und hilfsbereit .Ich kann diesen Verkäufer weiterempfehlen .

J ai bien reçu la la commande mais mauvaise communication niveau suivis du colis

Habe dort einen Neoprenanzug bestellt Ende Oktober. Dieser kam auch an und die Ware war an sich top, mir aber leider zu klein, daher habe ich ihn wieder zurück geschickt. Die Rücksendung wurde mir nach knapp einer Woche auch bestätigt, allerdings habe ich mein Geld nie erhalten!!
Anrufen geht nicht, da die nummer nicht mehr bekannt ist. Über den Chat wird nur zurück geschrieben „no worries“ wird alles erledigt. Und dann kommt nichts mehr. Auch auf Emails wird nicht wirklich reagiert und man bekommt keine Aussage! Unverständlich, wieso man so hingehalten wird und was daran so schwer ist, die Gutschrift zu veranlassen!

Habe den Fall dann bei paypal gemeldet und so mein Geld Gott sei dank erhalten.
Also wenn ihr etwas kauft, und wisst, ihr wollt es behalten - ok. Für alles andere - Finger weg!

Suite à ma commande du 13/11/2023, le vendeur m'a annoncé que le produit n'était plus disponible et que le délai de livraison initialement estimé de 4 à 7 jours s'était allongé à environ 14 jours. Il m'a également indiqué un changement concernant le prix qui passait de 71,99 € à 109,99 €. Il m'a cependant proposé de maintenir ma commande au prix initial. J'ai donc confirmé ma commande sans changement de prix mais avec un délai de livraison d'environ 14 jours. Ma commande est malheureusement toujours en attente de confirmation malgré plusieurs courriels de confirmation de ma part qui sont tous restés sans réponse. Face à cette situation j'ai préféré annulé ma commande le 24/11/2023. Je n'ai depuis aucun retour du vendeur qui ne répond à aucun de mes courriels. Ouverture d'un dossier litige grace au paiement PayPal, le 06/12/2023 le vendeur n'a toujours pas répondu à PayPal... Attention, ce site est une arnaque, à fuir !

Following my order on 11/13/2023, the seller informed me that the product was no longer available and that the delivery time initially estimated at 4 to 7 days had extended to around 14 days. He also told me about a change in the price which went from €71.99 to €109.99. However, he offered to keep my order at the original price. So I confirmed my order with no price change but with a delivery time of around 14 days. My order is unfortunately still awaiting confirmation despite several confirmation emails from me which have all gone unanswered. Faced with this situation, I preferred to cancel my order on 11/24/2023. I have since received no feedback from the seller who does not respond to any of my emails. Opening a dispute file thanks to PayPal payment, on 06/12/2023 the seller has still not responded to PayPal... Be careful, this site is a scam, avoid !
