Not even one star, my item never arrived and I sent 6 messages only to be told sorry it must have got lost and they would not refund me as it had been dispatched!!!! Do not use this company

Wenn man sich ganz sicher ist und die Produkte behalten will, kann man hier wahrscheinlich gut kaufen. Sobald man etwas zurückgeben möchte, sollte man sich allerdings auf verzögerte (über 3 Wochen nach Wareneingang) und unvollständige Rückzahlungen einstellen... Dazu kommen Mahnungen (sofern man per Paypal-Rechnung zahlt, obwohl die Rückabwicklung schon lägst hätte passieren müssen! Telefonisch konnte man mir „keine Informationen“ über den Verbleib der Rückerstattung geben. Sie würden mich zurück rufen, ist aber bis heute nicht passiert. Kaufe dort nicht mehr.

Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch, aber ich bin sehr überrascht worden mit einem unglaublich netten Kundenservice, guten Preis und einer Blitzlieferung. Montag bestellt um 11 Uhr, am Dienstag um 10 Uhr war das Paket bei mir. Sogar eine persönliche, handgeschriebene Nachricht gab es dazu.
Ich empfehle diesen Shop sehr weiter!

Wirklich gute Beratung und Service. Zuerst war ich mir nicht sicher welche Prallschutzweste ich kaufen sollte. Habe dann eine Übersicht bekommen per Mail mit wirklich guten Preisen. Versand schnell und alles kam sauber verpackt und besonders schnell an. Kann das Team nur wirklich empfehlen.

am very disappointed with my experience with Whitecaps Products gmbH. I ordered a wetsuit and gloves on February 13th. I live in the Republic of Ireland. Days later i received an email in German (which i used Google translate to help with) stating that the wetsuit was no longer in stock. Very frustrating that I did not know this at the time of purchase as I had spent a lot of time shopping around and comparing websites and prices. There were no wetsuits available from Irish websites in my size (which is average) with the specifications that i wanted (5/4). Whitcaps Products then offered me 3 alternative choices of wetsuits, all of which were at least €40 dearer than my initial choice. If i had been offered one of these alternative Wetsuits at the same price as my original, I would have accepted. I declined the alternative suggestions and asked for a refund. I then received an email stating that the gloves I had ordered were already sent out to me and the 'finance department would be notified of my request for a refund' for the wetsuit. I have not yet received any notification that the refund is being processed. I accept that it will take time but i would feel a comfort in knowing that the process has actually begun. I also requested that the delivery charge be reduced, now that I am only receiving gloves not a wetsuit. I was told this is a standard delivery charge within EU. So now I am paying €35 for a pair of gloves worth €17!
I have since ordered another wetsuit of similar quality, and same price as my original choice, from another european website (based in The Netherlands). They have a .ie domain and so all correspondance is in English. They have no delivery charge since i spent over a certain amount. They also had gloves on the website that would have been similar and I would have chosen but i feel 'stuck' with my ones from Whitecaps Products and i feel tricked.
So i certainly would not reccomend this company. The language barrier contributed greatly to the poor communication. Also websites that do not update their stock acurrately, are frustrating in any language! I won't feel relaxed until my money is back in my account.
