this is the best company for when you have computer printer issues i had been having A HARD time setting my printer up these guys did an awesome job i couldnt be more proud to have them as my support team i recommend them 100%

I called to get my printer connected to computer. Your staff was very cordial and knowledgable. After several hours, the problem was addressed. The 4 hours was mainly my hunt & peck typing and the tech was exceptionally patient. I am able to print, using a USB cable and he will call me, in a.m. and I will have the user name and password that I have to get from my supplier for my router.

It took quite a long while to get the problem sorted but Simon of Windriver Tool was patient and very helpful. The problem was that the wi-fi connection from my laptop to my printer did not work but eventually this was resolved and the printer works again. I was told ithat I could contact them again any time for any other problem.
REGRETTABLY when I tried to print something this morning the connection failed again. I have spent £99.99 on Windrivertool all to no avail. I have now resorted to plugging in a USB cable and now the printer works!

What made my experience good was to have ??? take the time to explain what is covered in my plan.
My understanding was that e/gmail issues could be fixed by Windriver, and it can but that is not their business. Should you need any other problems regarding your computer resolved, Windriver will be able to resolve the issue.

Since I could not get my computer and Epson 2800 printer to communicate I called Epson support. They returned my call today and I am up and running. Thank you so much for your support. I had no idea my computer needed the driver updates and so glad for your help. Thank you a millions times.
