I have already bought a jumper which I absolutely love and the service was quick and efficient. I placed another order which Royal Mail delivered whilst I was out. A neighbour came to collect and it had gone. Contacted customer services and they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

Shirt is fabulous cut and quality fabric - feels lovely on my skin. Lots of compliments re the shirt. Would like another one in a different colour.

Great quality clothing and great customer service! I’ve ordered a few pieces from them (seersucker shirt, shorts, a flannel shirt, and two sweaters) and adore them all. This is my favorite “new” business I discovered this past year and my go-to shop for well-made seasonal clothing.

I ordered 2x khaki striped weave shirts in different sizes and one pair Crawford jeans.
The items all well made in quality materials and well presented.
Clearly I was going to return 1 shirt after I decided on the appropriate size. I also returned the jeans.
The jeans were of good quality. However jeans can be tricky to buy. For me the material was a little thick and bulky. I have a long body and I found the depth of the rise to the waist, a little too snug.
I am thrilled with the shirt. Love the colour, the quality and the fabric - worn it several times already.
I will certainly be checking out the website regularly.

Lovely shop with great quality items. I received one faulty item in my order and Yasmin from their customer service team assisted me in immediately clearing that up and I received a new item very quickly. Will definitely order from WNU again.

I now have several shirts and a beautiful cotton sweater which always draw comments when worn.
As an octogenarian I really appreciate well cut clothes that fit the female figure and can be work at any age.
The customer service is second to none.

I placed my first order, however I had a serious delivery issue. I contacted customer service and they were excellent. They have sorted the issue and refunded my money straight away. The situation was extremely stressful but Yasmin at customer services was brilliant.

I ordered a boyfriend shirt and a Cornwall jumper in preparation for a holiday in Wales. I managed to screw up my order but customer services were straight into action and provided an immediate refund. The shirt and jumper were expensive but so worth it. The quality of the material made both of them a joy to wear. Washed well too! Highly recommended.

Wonderful shirt very well made in super soft and comfortable fabric. I am sure I will wear it constantly. If I could change one thing it would be to make it a closer fit around the hips, for when it is not tucked in. I hesitate to buy again from WNU but only because they take an age to refund returns, which makes life difficult. Hence four stars. The shirt itself is lovely.

LOVE this brand. Not only do they have beautiful, high quality products but their customer service is top notch.
I ordered a shirt and it was one size too big so I exchanged it and they send the correct size before even receiving the return! Then I accidentally send them two parcels , one item from a different brand and they contacted me and were so kind to send it to the right address. Thank you so much to the lovely Yasmin for being so helpful.

I'm a huge WNU fan, however when buying something online there's always a risk it won't be quite right (especially on a 5ft person like me). I returned an item that got delayed in the post, so I reached out. Cailtin helped me quickly and easily and I was so grateful. Always a nightmare if something goes wrong with an online order and they make it hard to get help. Not in this case!

Well made clothes with excellent quality materials. Customer Service very responsive and fast. Delivery quick and nicely packaged. A truly lovely company to buy from.

I recently orderer a white poplin shirt, and unfortunately it got lost in transit. Yasmin responded to my concern right away, and sent a replacement shirt through. I was so impressed by her friendly, helpful and prompt customer service. The shirt arrived today and it is perfect!

I bought a beautiful striped Devon jumper for my sister in law and got 10% off as it was my first purchase. I was then given a second 10% discount so of course I had to treat myself as well and chose the oat Cornwall cotton jumper which I love. There was a slight problem with the code I was given but Yasmin at Head Office and the ladies in the Salcombe store sorted it out for me quickly and easily and were all absolutely lovely. Excellent customer service and beautiful clothes. What’s not to love?!

The most beautiful trousers - exactly what I’d been looking for for so long - and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Caitlin quickly responded to me when I asked if these trousers were going to be restocked and helped me out straight away with a query I had post sale.
