In the meantime I bought a lot of shirts from WNU because they are honestly and really the best shirts I have ever had. They fit perfectly, they look modern and feminine and the quality is amazing. I really can recommend it, I am very glad about this kind of excellent and easy looking clothing. For me it is elegant, sporty and a kind of bohemian at the same time. Firs time shopping with WNU, and I couldn't be happier. My jacket (the St James boiled wool jacket) was shipped quickly and packaged securely. The jacket fits perfectly as per the size chart and description, and the quality is excellent. This is a jacket I will cherish for life. You get what you pay for and for me, this jacket was money well spent.

Caitlin could not have been more wonderful after royal mail delivered me an empty box. She arranged a quick replacement to be sent out and was professional and helpful with a lovely phone manner. Such customer service is rare today and why I love WNU.

The ladies in the store are absolutely wonderful. They are so helpful and made sure I was aware of all the different material and fit types. The in store selection was wonderful. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed at all. So excited to continue purchasing things from WNU!

Firstly the clothes are great, they’re cut well, good quality, and I think good value for money.

LOVE this company! The quality of the clothes is absolutely superb, especially for the price. The fit of almost everything is spot on. And the client service is second to none. A couple of people have helped over the last 4-5 months and they're all responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend WNU enough. Great brand, great products.

Absolutely 5-star service as ever. I sent back a couple of items from a large order, then a couple of days later changed my mind to ask for one of the returns to be sent in a different size, rather than a refund. Very quickly actioned with no problem at all. I have so many of these clothes, and love the quality and choice

Great products that I will wear for years. I bought two of this years linen trousers. One in black the other in the darker blue colour.
Both come up large so that you can size down. They are long so that when I shortened them I added belt loops which made them more useful for dressier days.
I have a number of WNU shirts and shorts all of which get lots of wear, so are good value.

I would not recommend this company and would give 0 stars if that were possible: Do not believe the customer service contact number - it is just an answering machine. No person.

Very poor returns process and virtually impossible to speak to Customer Service which I can only suspect leaves you frustrated in trying to return an item - unless this is part of their sales policy. Companies such as Net-a - Porter seem to be able to do this but not WNU a relatively new company.

Being been extremely disappointed by the returns process at With Nothing Underneath is to underestimate my frustration and anger.

I repeatedly tried to telephone Customer Service regarding a simple return but was unable to speak to anyone and continually reached an answering machine. Eventually, having received no assistance, I returned the jeans from my order at my own expense.

The parcel has now been delivered to WNU and signed for by their returns department. Only after I had sent it back did Customer Service respond telling me that I could have used their free returns portal, which completely missed the point of my original complaint.The clearly did not read my email.

For a company selling clothing at this price level, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect to be able to speak to someone when there is a problem with an order.

I was also surprised by the 14-day returns period, particularly when many online retailers offer considerably longer.

I have kept the other two items from my order, so this is not a complaint about the products themselves. However, the jeans were of poor quality. However, my complaint is specifically about the unnecessarily difficult returns process and lack of accessible Customer Service.

I am now waiting for confirmation that my returned jeans have been acknowledged and that my refund will be processed.

Great customer service. I mixed up my return and accidentally sent back items from another store. The WNU team got in touch very quickly to let me know and advised how to rectify it. Really helpful and honest when I’m sure other retailers would not have taken the time.

The cut of their dresses is superb, not to mention the quality of all items. I've only just discovered them this year and I've not been disappointed by anything I've purchased. If you need to contact the company they are very helpful.
