Great, platform and their support staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. When I drop a ticket, I know it will be resolved quickly. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company.

I have used and implemented workable on multiple occasions and it is my go to ATS. Their service is excellent and the products superb!

I read some of the negative reviews here with surprise and a little cynicism. I’ve used and implemented Workable at a number of clients. It’s intuitive and responsive and part of its beauty is its logical flow. An example of its intuitiveness is that hiring managers just use it - it makes sense , and have had no pain in adoption. Contrasting to some reviewers, I have found the help function super responsive- I would advise this might be a more logical route to follow than emailing the CEO! Workable is also responsive to product feedback and thankfully, in contrast to some enterprise software companies outside of the ATS space , does not let major users dictate what should be done for all, mirroring their broken processes. I make no apologies for the gushing review, and have no financial relationship with them

The Workable ATS has the possibility to customise the hiring process for each vacant position and this will make it more flexible than many other options. Unlike other systems Workable doesn’t try to make me change my processes to fit with the software so we still get to communicate our culture through our process. Also, we can assign each hiring project to different members of the team. Various reports based on the most important hiring KPIs is another advantage. Workable also have a built in sourcing tool called “People Search” which is so useful in finding contact details and hard to find candidates from the web.

This is by far the best ATS I have ever used. The interface is really simple, our hiring managers need little to no training on how to use the product as it's so intuitive.
The platform makes it easy to post our vacancies to other free job boards which means we receive a large volume of relevant applicants.
I've used the platform for at least 3 years and I haven't had any problems. The support from our account managers is great - they're always quick to answer any questions our hiring team has and they listen to our feedback on the product.

This product simply does not work as promised. "free" postings do not post and tech support is a joke. I purchased Workable in mid Sept '17 and it worked the first 4-5 weeks and has not worked properly since. NO ONE seems to be able to resolve this issue and I have been in touch with someone daily. I am losing my "ash" daily!

Says upfront post to 15+ FREE job sites, no credit card required. LIES!!! They get you to go through the entire process and there is NO way to post a job for free or without entering in credit card info. Don't waste your time.

Took 8 days to answer a question, agreed with me all they way, until they eventually said, no I can't do that, I asked for refund and they made some really rubbish excuse.... that i should know that was not possible, strange seeing that they didn't know themselves

Job not approved, terrible reasoning for rejection.

This site is great if you have hours to waste and nothing to do, not great if you've got better things to do than email back and forth, setting up profiles and so on and so forth.

Biggest waste of time ever.

I am a professional recruitment firm startup. I tried to begin my free trial with Workable to see if they would become my primary ATS/job posting board. I was brushed off by them and rejected an account since my company does not have a website. I tried to inquire further other ways to verify my business, even emailed the CEO about my situation. But the CEO deferred my message to another employee that told me I didnt want to "waste my time" posting jobs on their site. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Applications for Jobs were poor quality. Many of them are not interested, don't attend interview. Many candidates are not looking for the kinda role they applied for, which makes you think that their site doesnt work too well.

We spent a lot of time demoing ATS systems before coming across Workable.

As a tech company we wanted something that was intuitive, clean and responsive. As we'd not used a system like this before it needed to be simple enough for our team to adopt, yet cover all of our Talent Acquisition needs - which it absolutely does and more.

On another note, we are scaling quite rapidly and the Workable packages means we have a solution that flexes as we do.

The feed back has been very positive and it's now been adopted by all of our regional hiring teams.

Workable is a great asset to every recruitment team and hiring managers. This is one of the most user friendly, simple yet effective ATS I have ever used. I would highly recommend it!

I'm deeply impressed with the functionality available- I can even see recruiting getting addictive through Workable.

Workable takes care of the entire flow from sourcing right through to hiring, and at each step it make it easier to do more, quicker. It took about 20 minutes for the scale of the improvement to become apparent, and I'd guess workable saves us 40 hours a month of admin, quite apart from all its other benefits.

In addition, the staff at Workable, from CEO downwards, are exemplary in their responsiveness and commitment to customer care. Just brilliant.

This platform is solving some big recruitment problems we have been dealing with for years.

We love being able to send all applicants to one place, where we can proof them, screen them, then send them off to the proper people for interviewing and hiring potentially, it has created a flow we've needed for a long time.

Integration with Linked In, Indeed, and many other sourcing platforms is all integrated nicely.

We're also using a simple to setup code, to post all of our Workable listings on our own website.

At Founders.as we use Workable and are very happy with the product. The customer support is always super fast and very friendly. The only reason why it is a 4 out of 5 star rating is because the Linkedin extension were cut back. In the future we expect this to come back.

I wasn't the biggest fan of Workable as it's something I have inherited when I joined my company, but the more I use it I've become a huge advocate for the software. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the improvements they have made over the last year. As Workable gets more publicity, I have found myself on phone calls with other HR managers about its pros and cons, which has helped with my own experience as well as encouraging others to try the platform. The quality of the platform at its price point eliminates the potential of any competitors. We are a small company but Workable is easily scalable to us as we grow.

Been looking for awesome people to join Much Better Adventures. I've found Workable has saved us time and found some very relevant and high quality candidates. Easy to sign up and use. Great work Workable.

Workable is great. It does everything I could ask from a program like this and I wouldn’t change a thing. It is extremely easy to use and very organized. I would recommend this to anyone. I will definitely be using this program in the future for other job postings.

As recruitment is a crucial part of running a successful company it is extremely important to control the process. Receiving large amounts of applications require a tight and easy to use system to ensure hiring managers and candidates get the best possible experience and Workable does exactly that.

The user interface is intuitive and their customer service is great and very responsive.
