Total scam not the item described

Scam company. We purchased an item from them and never received any information about shipping. Contacted them through there site because calling them they never answer always a recording. Wrote back and said that they never received our payment even though our credit card payment is on the credit card site. Write them and said they are a scam wrote back and said they found our payment and there was a bug on it. Still nothing from them. Lucky our credit card company refunded us after we disputed charges

Go with 220 electronics. Trust me. I’ve bought from both for years. I’m finally done with world import electronics. They are hit and miss, and when they miss it’s big. I recently bought a region free blu ray player from these guys. First, they sent the wrong unit. I had to return before they would ship correct unit. Unit arrived and worked intermittently from the beginning. I tried sw updates, restore to default etc. finally shipped back (at my expense for an in-warranty player). Called after two weeks. “Sam” said he would call back that day with status. No call back. I’ve tried their two numbers from different phones and no answer at all now. It’s been 21 days of nothing. So I’m done with these crooks. Definitely avoid these guys. Proven incompetent in shipping/receiving, cheap in making customer pay shipping on in-warranty items and criminal in not honoring warranty.

Scam! I bought one item and they shipped me something different. I emailed notifying them and they said they would send the correct product. It’s been 4 months and dozens of emails and no refund or correct product. Annoying!!

I made an order for Pokemon cards January 15/16th and still have not received them. I sent to emails so far no response.

Lego set sold as original, was a fake copy when it came. Rubbish place. Keep away!!!

We ordered a Pokémon booster pack for my son and he spend $60 on this booster pack set and when we received the package, the cards were fake! They look nothing like real Pokémon cards and they had NO code cards in them! My son is very upset to spend all his money on fake crap! They should put its fake if it is and not promote them being real!

I ordered 2 laegendary RC trucks 1/10 scale and I received 2 bogus off brand 1/12 scale pieces of sh!t... stay away from this site

Bought a board game, thinking I made a nice deal. Sent with no protection from hong kong, all parts were obviously counterfeit. No answer from their customer service.

Reported them to the authorities, no answer there either. Its been over a year.

Avoid at all cost.

This company stole my money. They refuse to refund me even though they never delivered my parcel, it's been over seven months now. They don't even have the decency to respond to my mails anymore. I'm not sure if they ever sent a parcel, what I do know is they don't even have an active tracking number now. They refused to even tell me what their refund procedure is - I suppose for obvious reasons. This seems to be their business model.

I ordered an Arctic Air Cooler Fan on 12th August. Checked the shipping details and it supposedly still at the airport awaiting clearance after almost 2 weeks. Guess I will never get the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!
