Highly recommend WPS. Right from initial quote to delivery. Kate and Adam were absolutely wonderful , nothing was too much trouble for them . So professional when discussing my quote and amendments, and when I had a query about my order. when I needed to contact them to order extra clips and screws Adam sent out in the post immediately. I am so grateful to both Kate and Adam for their help throughout the whole process. Help and advice was always given and they both answered emails promptly. We ordered handrails and decking and fitted ourselves. They look great and fitting was straightforward .

Fabulous service from start to finish...great sales and service team who were extremely efficient and professional with my enquiry and order; right through to my delivery driver who was simply spot on. I’d highly recommend them for composite decking first class 👍🏻

Was pleased with order and product was very disappointed there was not enough clips and screws and you weren’t prepared to send me another 20 would only supply 250 at a very expensive cost so unfortunatly won’t recommend you for this reason

I would be pleased to recommend WPS handrails to anyone. Kate Langford worked exhaustively with the support of her CEO to find an alternate Juliet balcony solution for us and we are pleased with the result.

The original intent was for a Easy View balcony. Kate drew up the plans which were verified by our UPVC doors supplier. However, the latter reneged on his commitments and Kate had to find an alternate Juliet balcony solution. At all times, Kate behaved in a professional and friendly manner. We very much appreciate the time, effort and support provided by WPS during this stressful time.

WPS were so helpful right from the start. Kate was always at the end of the phone when I had questions and she guided me through measuring up and design of balustrade. The two fitters were very friendly and professional with great attention to detail. I would recommend without hesitation

I ordered a glass balustrade at the beginning of June. The order arrived and I found that the handrail itself was damaged so they sent out a replacement which was packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube which I found to be damaged as well even though they said it was inspected before being packaged, this was clearly not true as there was no damage to the cardboard tube so the handrail was damaged before being placed in the tube. They also forgot to send the decorative cover plates which cover the bolts at the base of the posts so I had to email them again. They also didn't send the fitting instructions. When I received the 3rd handrail it was also slightly damaged but I said I would accept it because it was holding up the installation. When I came to install the two glass panels one of them had an incorrect drilled hole which meant it didn't line up with the pin on the clamp, when I emailed them again they suggested that I leave the supporting pin out of that hole as the clamp would cover the wrong hole, when I pointed out that the hole could still be seen and after I said I wasn't happy that they suggested I leave out the pin they said they would send a replacement piece of glass. All together it has been almost seven weeks to actually sort out all the problems and finish the installation. I am very disappointed with the quality of their product considering how much it cost and I will not be buying from them again.

I am very happy with WPShandrails. Adam was very helpful and made sure I placed the correct order and it arrived quickly. I bought PROCAP Double Sided Deck Board - Stone. Its really good quality and looks better than I imagined it would. Im glad I spent a bit extra on the decking to get a high quality product. Admittedly the delivery costs are expensive but they are delivering nationwide. When I found I needed some more of an item that could be easily put in the post, Adam was happy to do this for the cost of postage only.

I installed the side fitting glass balustrade myself but to enable me to do that I had the superb support of Kate Langford. Kate arranged everything from start to finish and made my task of installing the balustrade very simple. Always very supportive and understanding when I needed information and very knowledgable regarding the tools and materials. Thank You Kate and WPS.

My experience with WPS , in particular Adam, from start to finish Is that they have been nothing short of professional, patient about changes, great value and always available to talk things through. They made me glass balustrades for a landing, a steel open tread turning staircase , Juliet balconies and a large terrace . Their fitters, led by Jack, are charming, and clean up after themselves and again have been very professional, cheery and polite. I would recommend WPS to anyone wanting beautiful glass inside and outside their home.

I got wired ballustrade from WPS. I’m very happy with the product, it’s high quality and the fitter found it straightforward to fit. Kate was very helpful providing the drawings and the delivery service was quick. I would recommend WPS.

Our only disappointment was the time it took from paying deposit to finish and there was little communication in the middle.

We bought our LUXECAP Pale Slate deck boards a couple of months ago and have just laid them. We chose the LUXECAP range from samples sent and decided this was the best option due to the 'anti slip' nature of the outer coating on the boards. We are happy with the colour and quality now it is fitted.

I bought quite a large amount of pro cap composite decking from WPS and I have to say that their customer service was excellent as is the decking. I highly recommend both. The decking is very easy to lay and looks great. WPS were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with

I had the Framed Glass Balustrade Railings installed in my house recently.

The service from Andy and his team was excellent.

It's a shame the delivery service wasn't as good as their own installation team, I suspect that's what you get with an external provider.

Nevertheless, I was extremely satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to my friends and family.

First class service from the beginning, a well designed balcony, expertly fitted with the minimum of fuss, excellent materials, beautifully welded, adds a real wow factor to our house.
Only slight criticism, would be the glass order, there was a delay, due to some pieces not all delivered at the same time, however this was a minor inconvenience, the company who manufacture and fit the balustrade use a separate company to supply the glass panels.
Overall I was very impressed and would certainly use them again and recommend this company.
