Thanks to Hollie and her team for the support in getting our Balastrade system delivered so promptly. Installation went well as the general quality of the product was of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this system to my friends.

Excellent advise and support from the sales team, the quality of the decking planks is superb and the colour has been constant. I find the boards heavy to move by myself whilst in their plastic wrapping but the individual boards are OK to handle and fit into the fixings. The latter are easy to fit and give the necessary gap between boards.
Delivery was expensive for me as I live some way from the midlands, one of the joys of living in Cornwall.

From first contact with WPS Handrails I have been most impressed with the excellent customer service received, as well as with the quality of the decking chosen from a range of samples. As this was my first purchase of decking, I contacted WPS for guidance and received a quotation within an hour detailing every item to aid installation, as well as a step by step guide. The company retained my order until it was required and the confirmed delivery date was adhered to, with the driver contacting me prior to his arrival and maintaining safety precautions throughout the delivery process. All in all a first class experience, especially in these most difficult and challenging times. A huge thank you to all at WPS and to the delivery driver. I cannot wait to see the finished result now!

We have just had our frameless button fixed Glass Balustrade completed and are really happy with the result. Despite COVID 19 the whole process went exactly as had been explained within the time advised.
The quality of workmanship and installation exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to enjoy our new patio area when the weather gets better.

Love our decking and balustrade from wpshandrails. Excellent friendly service from sales staff and fitters. We had to wait quite a while for supply of the Procap boards but this was entirely due to Covid and it was well worth the wait. The colours of the boards look richer than the samples and the combination of the stone and silver grey give a very pleasing effect. There were two small chips in two of the glass panels but these were soon spotted by the fitters and replacements quickly obtained. Thank you WPS for a great product and service.

Great customer service. After a misunderstanding with measurements (fault on my part) Kate went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Delivery was speedy. The glass and balustrade looks fantastic. Very happy and I would definitely recommend WPS!

Fantastic Product and Service, the staff were very helpful.

I have now order decking twice from WPS handrails and I received great service on both occasions, Jason and the team were very professional and extremely helpful. The fist time I called I explained what I had planned and they advised me on the best way forward, and the second time, I changed my plan at short notice, but that was no issue, they was still supportive and happy to help. I'm even lucky that they liked it so much they added my photo's to their gallery.

Ordering process so simple, I put in my measurements and a few hours later Adam emailed back with my quote and drawings of balustrade. I also ordered ecodeck boards and Kate helped me with the sizes and type of boards I needed . Excellent company, would highly recommend them. They were very helpful throughout the whole ordering and delivery process. Quality products. Simple to fit if you decide to fit yourself.
