Design was easy, ordering easy, customer service good. However, one panel of glass shattered and delivery was difficult as glass was transported on an open pallet which was too heavy to unload. Delivery to darkest Scotland not the easiest! Had to take each panel off one at a time. Miscalculation in length of hand rail and handrail mounting meant it was too short and had to be modified. Like the Onlevel system.

Really good products, quality is top notch and the kits are pretty easy to assemble. Very pleased with how everything turned out. Would order from WPS again for the next project!

We have been on the quest of finding the right composite decking to compliment our garden office. The fact that we were able to obtain free samples and lay them next to the office gave us the opportunity to not only hold and feel the product but have assurance on the quality and slip resistance.

The team at WPS have been phenomenal with the way the deal with customers and nothing is of trouble when we decided to switch colours post payment and order confirmation. The delivery was smooth and super friendly. Gave invaluable advice when holding the boards and he even helped me to put them down the side of the house.

Innodek is really easy to install and we laid 25m2 in a day! The system is simple and not complicated at all. As it has been raining over the last day or two I can confirm that the product is really slip resistant and works an absolute treat.

Overall. I am super pleased and would recommend!
