If you’re after decking materials I can’t recommend WPS enough. I purchased a quantity of luxecap decking boards and the quality is exceptional. I miscalculated my initial order which left me a few boards short. The sales team were fantastic when I explained this doing everything in their power to facilitate my request. Thank you so much

Had handrails and glass balustrade from WPS and fitted by their installation team. Excellent service from start to finish. Adam was great to deal with, from initial contact, through to providing drawings and making amendments as required. Great price in comparison to other quotes (who wouldn't provide drawings, etc). Nothing was too much trouble for Adam and he was very responsive. Installations guys were excellent. On site at 8am! Polite, gave some ideas for a slight change in the design once they saw the site and all completed as required. They were clean, efficient, did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

I spent £1,400 on the luxecap boards, quantity done from the website - but they missed the edge clips. Delivery at 0700 in the morning with one person in the truck to move 18 x 4800mm boards.
One board was 0.25 inch shorter than the rest which was annoying (at £49.72 each you'd think it would be accurate).
One reads the do's and don'ts for composite decking and you wouldn't go on it with your slippers - but time will tell.
Was it worth the cost - yes it was.

Contact (Adam) explained the process step by step, confirmed delivery times and methods and was very easy to discuss things with. Deliveries were on time and everything required was clearly packaged and listed on the paperwork.

I contacted WPS to have a bespoke glass balustrade system designed and fabricated for a small domestic project. We received detailed drawings and renderings of the product to help with the design process. Outstanding customer care and the quality of the system received was spot on.

Top notch service Excellent quality products

Excellent service from Hollie from the point of ordering their Innodek composite decking through to delivery. However I'm disappointed with the product itself due to the variation in widths of up to 4 mm which makes it very difficult to match when laying. A couple of the planks were even over the size variation tolerance. When I contacted them on Saturday (they were closed) to tell them about the problems we had trying to fit it they insisted a few days later that 4 mm variation is acceptable, they were taking no responsibility and referred to the terms and conditions. They later offered to replace the wrong sized planks but as they were already fitted this wasn't a practical option. I have previously used a different company for another decked area and their product didn't vary by even 1mm. Now we are left with decking that could not be laid in a "brick" pattern as designed and WPS are placing the responsibility on myself and my fitter (as per their oft quoted terms and conditions). Whilst it may not be faulty as such, 4mm difference in size is not helpful despite their claims it's within industry standards. Based on other reviews it seems that other customers do have a good experience which makes me sure that this particular batch of decking had more size variations than others but WPS disagrees. I did get a call from a director after a few days and whilst he referred me to the terms and conditions of buying this product he clearly wasn't happy with my negative review. Based on my own experience their initial customer service is excellent but unfortunately there hasn't been much understanding or empathy towards the problems these size variations have caused. I personally wouldn't buy Innodek again and can't recommend their decking unless you are aware of and willing/able to deal with the size variation issues but I'd recommend WPS for their sales/ordering process which is efficient and friendly.

Everything fitted perfectly. My only negative comment is with regards to the video instructions. It would be much better to show how to align the glass when the pane requires four wedges rather than showing one. It took alot of trial and error to get it right. Great value for money.
