Great service. Friendly staff.

Charles and Jayden treated my junk better than I did. Not in the easiest areas to get to, they were extremely careful of walls, doorways and more as they cleared stuff out. The value for the job cost was extremely fair. And all this good service in the midst of high heat and humidty...!

The guys were very accommodating to our needs during a very difficult time. They found items, that we had missed, and brought them to us.

So easy & convenient to even get them to come for a quote. They were in my area so it was both last minute & huge for me. Takyle Brantley & Elijah B were amazing, kind, thorough & extremely professional. Even on the call ahead of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Wasn't charged a dime until TK went through everything, then the final quote & I was asked if I want to accept quote. Which I agreed. EK thoroughly walked me through payment, with all size loads & fees, etc. Then they proceeded to explain raking my things and off they went. I did a coupon for nextvtime, if needed. 10 out of 10 for those young gentlemen! Thank you for your help!!

Getting up in years, I was wondering how to get rid of junk we had accumulated. I found 1-800-GOT-JUNK. The online process was great. Scheduling was a breeze. We got a pick up time the same day. Mark called and asked if they could come early, they were in the area. Sure. Stuff that was too heavy g or me (4x6 cement table, for instance) was hauled out without a problem. I eve got a discount for ghem cc oming early. Freed up my whole day. Got ride of stuff I didnt have to haul to the dump. My yard is cleaned up. Winners all around g or a very reasonable fee.

The two guys that came to help me were polite, hard working and efficient! They did a great job cleaning up and were very helpful to me. They showed me the pricing sheet and explained why I would be charged for the work to be done.

Riley and Nicholas came out and did a phenomenal job. Riley was dedicated to making sure the customer was happy and has exceptional customer service skills.

I will definitely use this service again, thank you!

Charles and Walter provided outstanding customer service. They called ahead twice to update me on their arrival time, which allowed me to be fully prepared. Upon arrival, they greeted me kindly, explained the company’s services clearly, and removed the items with care and efficiency.

Tough job, requiring dismantling of old, heavy, metal washer and dryer for removal. They worked well, explained everything, and I couldn't be more happy. The total charge was quite reasonable.

What made my experience great was the price they gave me to remove the item the city garbage service would not junk for me. They most definitely will be my goto company for the next time I need to get items out my space. Thanks Constance

I called 1-800 Got Junk to have a couch and air conditioners removed, when I called the person that had answered asked me how I was and I started to cry,. My husband had died the night before and I was devasted, The two young men arrived with a bouquet of beautiful flowers in hand, and asked if I needed anymore help with anything, they were so nice, they went above and beyond, we need more people in the world like this.
