Colton and his team did a great job with our furniture removal process. They kept us informed timely of arrival, the pricing, the process, provided assurance the company objective is to keep items out of landfill and recycled where possible, and took care to move items without damage. They were personable and had a good sense of humor. The end price was spot on to the estimate.

Jashan and Jaden did an amazing job. They were very courteous and explained how it's gonna go. Then they worked together quickly and smoothly and wrapped up our transaction. Very professional. Thank you both, and good luck!

I give them 2 stars for their crew’s professionalism … Omg..they never give you the pricing until the reach your home and they charge per truck load so even if you have 2 small outdoor furnitures to donate you end up paying 2 times of the new one cost to donate it. Not even going to call them again or even recommend them for anyone. In the age of AI even a video call could save a lot of time for both parties.

I applied for a job position with 1-800 got junk. They reached out to me within the hour to set up a in-person interview. We discussed a time and day and there was a miscommunication on both sides. I went to create a new time and day and the hiring manager didn’t respond for days. They called once a week and a half later and I was unable to answer due to my current job. Hiring process needs fixed and Chase Negron needs a performance update.

Had there not been a couch in the truck, there would have been room for more of my stuff. The veteran discount maybe should be a little better than 3%. Overall not a bad experience.

I appreciate the ease to book an appointment. I was contacted shortly before they arrived out back as requested. We did a walk around together and I was clearly quoted a price. They were quick, efficient, polite and helpful. Thank you.

They couldn't take a lot of my stuff. Fluorescent tubes, chemicals, batteries. This was not very clear on their website.

This is our very first time with 1800-GOT-Junk. We needed to get rid of a lot of old things that we had accumulated in the basement and we wanted to clear it out.

They contacted me right away after I did the free estimate. Once we did the walkthrough we were content with the price and we got rid of so many things.

They finished within a hour they were very nice friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get rid of a bunch of stuff from their house. Our experience with 1800-Got-Junk was very good and we will use them again in the future if we need to. 5 stars!!!! Highly recommended!

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Anthony and Bryce were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care. They were respectful of the space, left everything neat, and had a great attitude throughout. I really appreciated how hard they worked and how easy they made the entire experience.
