Very expensive when they tell you that they charge by how much space of their truck your items will take that's one thing but once the person comes out with the truck then they say they also charge for poundage and other fees.. and when it's time to pay you are expected to give a tip on top of everything else when I had called the company to check for prices I was told that they charge for space of the truck so I was expecting to pay somewhere around $200 for 4 items because it was only a quarter of space of the truck the the guys that came in to take away the furniture we're very nice worked hard and very professional but it wasn't worth $600 the only reason I had to go with it is because I am a disabled veteran and I couldn't do it myself and I didn't have anybody that could help so needless to say unless you want to spend a lot of money I would not recommend Got Junk

I feel like I was mislead on the donation aspect of what I had picked up. The website is unclear. While it says this "We make it simple to clear out your home while giving your gently used items a chance at a second life". Conversation with scheduling and pick up personnel said all I have to do is call to get a donation receipt but when I called I am told the fiurniture may never be donated BUT they will send me a receipt if the furniture is donated. I should be given a Donation Receipt by Got Junk and not have a possibility of never getting a receipt or I should not have to wait for a receipt, indefinitely. I won't use this service again.

It couldn't have been better! The carriers were right on time, totally professional, gave us great advice, and helped us get rid of everything. Also, scheduling was easy and staff were really helpful. Thank you!

The guys were terrific. Well dressed, professional and totally friendly. Did a favor or two as well, moving a piece of furniture! Nothing too big - or small- for them to handle. Intend using you again when needed.

AI assistant called me to confirm an appointment that I was trying to cancel and it was constantly stuck in an infinite loop of "are you still there?" IMMEDIATELY. I could not get a single piece of information about the price either. Instant cancel. Never using them ever again.

Kyle and his assistant were a great team. Worked quickly and efficiently to clear out and load my items. They even swept out my garage after!

Both of the removers were really nice and professional. They cleared away everything quickly. Gave an estimate to remove a large piece of exercise equipment in future, and swept my driveway! I would call on them again in future.

Dominic and Ryan were on time (early - which is wonderful), great natured, professional, fast, and made my life easier. They removed heavy and cumbersome furniture that I no longer needed and couldn't move to a donation center. Thank you so much!

Giovanni and his partner did a great job. They were personable and professional. They timely and great to work with.

If I can write a negative star rating I would. This company is charging way TOO MUCH, two guys half an hour charged over $1000.00 and left part of a dismentalled piece of a removal item, when call to return they want to charge again?? The charge is all broke down to load weight, size, by pieces sepately and by hours, so when they tell you it starts at $198 up to $998, it’s Misleading, no one tells you on top of the load, they charged for the individual items and parts separately and on top of the load, of course, the labour is another separate charge. Half an hour, one couch two broken wooden bed frame, half hour labour and a drawing board over $1000.00, any piece of dirt (weigh less than a lb) you add is an additional $25 per piece.
And any mistake they made, they denied responsibility and charge charge and charge. I will NEVER use this company again and WILL NOT recommend this.
When it first started, the owner started with good passion and work hard and fair with load weight, now it’s getting big, overrated and gone completely off track for their rate.

Workers very quick and easy to deal with during removal. Especially since it was very warm and working on a Sunday. They called 20 min before arrival which was helpful.

They showed up and they cleaned up my junk. They were very personable and efficient. What’s not to like.

The came and removed the large CRT TV with ease.
