It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Anthony and Bryce were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care. They were respectful of the space, left everything neat, and had a great attitude throughout. I really appreciated how hard they worked and how easy they made the entire experience. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal.

Extremely expensive. Had a small amount of trash at the curb that I needed picked up within 6 hours. They just had to put it in the truck. $458!! I would hate to see what they charge for a house clean out that they actually had to move things! If I could post a picture here of the items, I would. They would have fit in the bed of a pickup truck.

Well, what a pleasure to work with this company, from setting up the pickup and all the way to the end of them taking my broken appliances. Carlton Thomas and Dajazan Cole were friendly, courteous and did their job with great efficiency. Just because of them I would hire this company for any further needs. I have recommended this company to my friends already!! Besides, they are pretty reasonably priced!

They did what they said with regards to removing the junk, and the 2 guys were very pleasant, however........I was quoted a half load (about $650) and AFTER they had removed the junk I was told there was a "small charge for being in Kentville of $300!!!!
That is NOT a small charge and should NOT be added after the junk has already been removed so you're forced to pay it.

Friendly, prompt, price was a little high for a 30 minute removal.

These 2 young men were professional, courteous, respectful and fully went over what needed to go and what didn't.
The pricing was fully explained to me and I knew exactly what was taken away and how the billing worked.
Yes!!!! I would definitely use this service again and will share the information to others and strongly advise they use this service.

Excellent communication, answered any question we had and everything was quickly loaded into the truck.

Very expensive when they tell you that they charge by how much space of their truck your items will take that's one thing but once the person comes out with the truck then they say they also charge for poundage and other fees.. and when it's time to pay you are expected to give a tip on top of everything else when I had called the company to check for prices I was told that they charge for space of the truck so I was expecting to pay somewhere around $200 for 4 items because it was only a quarter of space of the truck the the guys that came in to take away the furniture we're very nice worked hard and very professional but it wasn't worth $600 the only reason I had to go with it is because I am a disabled veteran and I couldn't do it myself and I didn't have anybody that could help so needless to say unless you want to spend a lot of money I would not recommend Got Junk
