The staff were very accommodating especially when I was unavoidably delayed in getting my bike to them.
They turned the service round in double quick time a gave a very detailed report and explained a couple of queries. Made a few suggestions in improving the bike’s durability and talked through some alternatives and upgrades.

Had the best experience at 99 bikes and Chris at the Winchester branch was absolutely amazing!!! What a guy!! Brought a new Cannondale for my son and the service was excellent

Just bought a Genesis Day One. Great price, delivery time was fast. And bike was package well. This is when I discovered that that tyres were different from what was described in the specification. Wasn’t a like-for-like change either.

Contacted made with team at 99 Bikes. Few emails and Andrew and the team had a set of tyres set out to me. All sorted out for future bike packing adventures.

Recently purchased a bike from 99 at Winchester , all the guys that work there are great and are all very friendly , informative and knowledgeable. Happy to help and give advice regardless of making a purchase from them or not. My partner also purchased a bike not from 99 due to limited sale stock but they helped us to find the bike we wanted in stock else where , Needless to say we are more then happy with their customer service .

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and a great price.

The 2 bike chains were supplied without the required link to join the ends.This meant that I had to phone up and then travel to the shop to collect them.
The staff were polite and friendly,but this was not a great first experience with regards to an efficient way of purchasing.
