Admiral Law were in touch very quickly after my car accident. This is a new case so I can't comment on the outcome as yet but communication thus far has been excellent.

My main complaint is that the case only ever appeared to be looked at on a Tuesday so if I replied to a message it would take another week to get a response. Every.Single.Time. Massively frustrating when you just want the case resolved as quickly as possible.

My insurer offered to pursue compensation for me after a car crash in 2022 through Admiral Law. It has been frustrating, lengthy and annoying. There have been huge delays as my first case worker left and it didn’t get passed on. To get any update or anything done I had to repeatedly chase or threaten to make an official complaint. I have had about a half dozen case workers, each time having to repeatedly go over the same things. They have lost track of paperwork. They have almost never replied to messages within the 10 days promised… often leaving me to chase literally months later. And now I can’t log into my online account and my email providing further info to sort it as requested has, of course, gone unanswered. I honestly wish I’d never agreed to this given the amount of time I have wasted trying to chase up what was supposed to be a simple and hands-off experience. More than four years later and I am still waiting for a resolution.
