We used Aford Awards for our awards evening for our Martial Arts Club - unfortunately a problem arose with the order we had placed, an item was missing and the staff where incredibly helpful in rectifiying - Big shout out to Leila!

Response times were rapid and polite and professional, and raesonable pricing for the awards - can't ask for more really.

Medals fine, price fine, website and admin not so good.
Website misleading, not all engraving is free, as in my case, medals are not included, furthermore even though the engraving details were excepted I was not invoiced for engraving, I paid the invoice in full at the order stage, only later, by chance upon chasing the delay found out that the medals had been withheld awaiting payment for engraving, which I was totally unaware of, no email or request for additional payment either, and furthermore I am still awaiting a receipt for the additional payment as promised.
