I’m extremely sad to write this review. I have been using the mud and salt bar soap for years and years. I just purchased a new bar and I was devastated to realize the formula has drastically changed. The scent is completely different and now it strips my skin, leaving that “squeaky clean” cheap soap feel after rinsing. These two soaps have been my go to for years, and now I will stop using them. Very disappointed!!!

I have been ordering Ahava products for many years and I have never had a problem up until now. It seems that I am being forced to reorder the products I recently ordered on a monthly basis. I contacted Ahava to let them know that this is not what I want. I will reorder when I need the products. Customer Service directed me to how to resolve this by going to Manage Subscriptions but this never came up as an option so now I am forced to reorder the products on s monthly basis which I don't want to do.

ALL HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY AHAVA IN TGE FUTURE

I needed to update my email address and reached out to customer service for assistance. I’ve never experienced such prompt and efficient service! Within minutes, my information was updated in my profile, and even my pending birthday loyalty points were taken care of.

Love the product, website is terrible. To many popups, complicated finding, carting and paying for items. I’ll continue to use the product but really with the shopping experience was easier.

Quick response and resolution.

I have excema, and Not one moisturizer works with no rash, no reaction, not worth it. But this Dead Sea moisturizer is the Only kind my skin can handle. And it works Very well. Every product I use from Ahava works, moisturizing and not upsetting my sensitive skin. Now that I am Permanently on Dupixent shots I have to moisturize!! It's time, so all different products, all different body parts, but the same excellent results. Moisture, not flaky dry skin. I have used this product for over 50 years now. Turned on to it, by visiting Israel 2 times and vigorously jumping into the Dead Sea, which of couse was not an instantly smart move. But after a few uncomfortable days, my excema flared less and less and actually disappeared for 2 decades. When it came back with a vengeance, we decided enough was enough, and Dupixent worked from 300 mgs every 14 days, from day 1. But I love my Ahava 1st and foremost

I always receive prompt and helpful customer service when I have problems with my order, which is not often. In this case, it was a technical glitch I just couldn't navigate. They resolved the problem within a few hours and my order is on its way, YAY! I got a *great* deal!

I like that the products do not contain harmful chemicals and am willing to pay more for that.

I've been using the men's products for 20 plus years. They are great. The 15 spf after shave cream is a must in the summer.

I love Ahava and have been using it for decades. I have never been dissatified with any product. Unfortunately, their SPF body lotion is so popular that I haven't been able to order it for over a month because it's sold out. I hope they get it back in stock soon.

I have been an Ahava customer for more than 14 years since my first trip to Israel. They have always treated me well and have great products. When I had had an issue with an order, they made it right. Their products are very high quality and work and feel great.

I’ve been using Ahava product for years now and love them. The mineral body lotion is my favorite with their dry body oil coming in a close second. I had to contact their US customer care center for another reason and they responded quickly, efficiently and warmly.

I ordered the Ahava Peptde Smothing Body Balm, from Nordstrom rack, and it's the BEST PURCHASE I've made in a long time! You see, I have SEVERE Arthritis in my hands, knees, feet, and Shoulders. I know this is NOT Medically backed by the CDC, but it works like a dream, for my issues!!! Now, I had a Complete Shoulder Replacement surgery, in November, 2025, due to a DEVASTATING FALL ACCIDENT, at a Medical facility. The accident Completely Exacerbated MY Arthritis issues. However, the Osmoter Complex in this product, has made my issues, SO MUCH better, and it's smoothed my skin, like a baby's bum, too!!! I'm a senior citizen, and has worked for 52 yrs, and now on SSDI, from health issues. But, when I tell you, THIS PRODUCT, is rich, moisturing, and FULL OF VITAMINS, & Magnesium, which promotes healthy bone issues! It's amazing 👏. Please 🙏 please can you PLEASE send your BEST FAN some of this product to me, free, of charge? For I can't afford to purchase it as often as I'd like to. I purchased the leggings and the ember bralette and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I put them on I was amazed. The colour is exactly as advertised. The material is so comfortable and smooth and while it feels snug and I was worried it wouldn't fit me at first, it actually strethcches very well and I had no problem getting them on. Leggings were a size S true to size, the bralette I got an xs which I don't typically get but I trusted the sizing chart and omg it fit perfectly. I immediately went back online and purchased the shorts. I must have them. I cannot wait for other colours to release from this brand I'll be buying. They are mostly bamboo which is why I purchased as trying to avoid polyester. The only faults I can give are that they only have 1 colour at the moment.

AHAVA did not ship my order. Three weeks later, and I can only receive AI-generated responses that it should be shipped 24-48hours after the order is placed. They offer no phone number, no email possibility direct to a human, and so far no solution. Frustrating all around. A terrible technology DEvolution that does nothing other than annoy clients. It will be my last time dealing with them.

I had an issue sending my daughter a Gift Card online to her email. When I read the confirmation sent, it seemed that the card was being sent to me instead. So I started an email conversation with the Customer Service team & they not only answered my inquiry immediately, they kept up the communication with me all along the way. Their words were considerate, sympathetic & so appreciated. This is outstanding customer service!
