From day 1 it has been a dance and now we're 4 years later and a LOT of time, effort, money and concern over my safety. I've been sent up the flag pole to the exec offices. STILL NOTHING YEARS LATER. It's not a company I would suggest doing business with.

NON-STOP HARASSMENT
They bought my information from someone. Their automated system has called me non-stop several times a day for weeks. One cannot block the system, because it calls from a different number every time
Yuniel G. was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The app is very easy to use as is the control panel. I feel very comfortable and a lot more secure knowing my home is being monitored while we are away.
Greg Golightly was our sales guy and he answered all of our questions and more! The service turned out to be less expensive than I thought which was very exciting. Alarm.Com app very easy to use and in home panel very easy to use. I did not get the tutorial, like my husband did, but I navigate the panel just fine without any instruction.
I have a teenager and a school-age kid at home, I feel much more comfortable leaving the oldest home to babysit because of this service's great features, I get a video clip and a picture when they get home from school. I can even stream live video anywhere to make sure they're being nice to each other. I also get arming reminders when I've left for work. I'm hooking up the garage feature this weekend. Excited to have this in time for summer when the kids are in and out of the garage with bikes, scooters, and sprinklers. It's the worst feeling to go to leave for work in the morning and realize the garage has been open all night, can't wait to have another check to make sure it doesn't happen!
Alarm.com has done for the smart home what Apple did for the smart phone. The real genius of their system lies in the simplicity of set-up. I thought that a smart home set-up was going to cost a lot and involve a lot of work. Surprisingly, the integration of smart home devices has quickly matured over the past few years, and Alarm.com is ahead of the curve in every business and technical aspect. Their system was very easy to install and it was pre-programmed for my specific needs. My system includes home security, motion/image sensors, home appliance control, lights control, and video camera surveillance. I'm able to control my system conveniently from my smart phone, tablet, or laptop. All these devices work within a single platform, and my system is connected to a 24/7 monitoring service, in cases of emergency. I wish all things in life were this simple, and this is definitely a glimpse into a more connected and secure way of life.
Alarm.com has a great app that allows me to control my house even when I'm away. I can arm and disarm my security system, open and close my garage door (or just check to make sure I remembered to close it!), turn my lights on and off, and even use my image sensor to check in on my pets. Best of all, it's really easy to use!
One of the coolest things about Alarm.com is that there is a feature where my system can tell when I drive within a pre-set radius of my house so it can adjust my thermostat. No more arriving home to a cold house and waiting for it to warm up this winter!

I'm a new subscriber to Alarm.com but so far have no complaints. This product/service is amazing, I am constantly showing off my connected home technology to all my friends.
The installation process was easy, quick and professional. I have contacted my installer a few times with follow up questions and they are always so helpful with anything I need.
I love being able to check in on things at home throughout the day through notifications and video clips of my cell phone. My favorite feature is a toss up between having my house be the perfect temperature when I arrive home due to their Geo-Services feature and having my living room lights turn on when I open my front door due to the custom triggers I can create.
Also their Facebook page is fun to follow because they always have helpful tips and fun images in their feed. All around awesome company!

My husband is a huge technology snob so he wanted only the best security system we could find. After lots of searching we decided on alarm.com and now we're both completely obsessed!
Besides having the mobile app to control things, I know what's happening when I'm at work. I get a text when my dog walker shows up, and when she leaves. I love that I can set her lock code so that it only works between the hours she is supposed to have access. Honestly, that is EVERYTHING!

After being a frustrated ADT customer for years, I switched to Alarm.com's technology solution about two years ago and couldn't be happier. I now use (and get value) from my system throughout the entire day - having lights come on before I come downstairs, getting alerts to my phone when our nanny takes our kids to the park and even alerts at night when I forget to close the garage door. The system always let's me know what's going on at my house and makes traveling a lot easier because I know my family is safe inside and protected by a professionally monitored service. The mobile app is awesome and really easy to use. I totally recommend this for anyone who is looking for smart home technology.
