Bought a suit for my daughter for £279 and one month no suit, no refund. They just lie every time you call them, the suit will arrive soon, the refund has been issued, still nothing. Have now asked Halifax to reverse the transaction on my card. Why sell products you can get. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a pair of goggles and found them to be unfit for purpose. I was told I would be given a refund verbally but on returning the goggles was informed that only a credit note was available. The matter is now in dispute with VISA who have been starkly helpful by contrast. I am afraid I found the company to be unhelpful and quite frankly untrustworthy. Use other swim websites whose service is much more friendly and reliable.

Ordered a pair of boys Speedo jammers ~AUD25 and a girls Speedo swimsuit ~AUD25 (shipping ~AUD5.30) from Perth, Australia on 9/11/2015. These items cost at least AUD50 each on the Speedo Australia website. Queries via email on products were answered promptly. Both items arrived without issue on 20/11/2015. Size was exactly as expected according to the sizing charts and fit perfectly. This is the second successful order I have placed with AllensSwimwear and I will be going back for more in future. Very happy customer.

I ordered a competitive suit for my son. There answer is it hasn't arrived yet. Each time I came in contact with customer service, they assured me that it was coming and it never arrived. I need the item then, and I had nothing. If I had known they didn't have it, I would have asked for my money back. Instead, I was strung along. These people are crooks. If you see them on the web or on Amazon, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are liars and crooks.

How with technology as it is can a company sell you products and not tell you they don't have it in stock, then no notification and a very very disinterest attitude when I final called to find where was my order. I would just say avoid this company!
