Always a pleasant experience The Doctors are Kind Caring and understanding to your needs and situations my medicine is very important to me as I have many issues that I'm dealing with and I do not and will not swollow chemicals as thats all pills are so as far as im concerned The Best Pain Relief on the Planet and it works for many other issues not just pain I have and get very Bad Muscles Spasms from a bad car accident that has put me in Hospital since having my medicine I have not had a Muscle Spasms for years thank goodness Thankyou Alternative Leaf 💖 Best service Ever 💖

Feel disconnected from Prescribers
Flower treatment in vapour for sleep was working just fine, however changing to edibles and length of time it takes for it to kick in, plus the longer after effects are not assisting. Continuity with Dr's would be much better also.

The ease of the online site is great. Everything from downloading prescription validation, ordering, and paying. The care is genuine and the very few issues I have had over time have been quickly at satisfactorily resolved .

Safe use is a joke
Pretty expensive compared to others.
Getting locked out from ordering the script because of "safe use" is just stupid. Symptoms come back then takes another week to get under control because you couldnt get the script?? Had to take a day off work because of it.

Genuine, person-centred health care
My doctor is excellent as he genuinely adopts a person-centred approach.
Any problems I have had with my prescriptions were dealt with professionally and rectified.
In general, I can highly recommend Alternaleaf Australia.

I like the convenience of ordering online. But what I don’t like is when you guys run out of a strain it’s a stuff about as Im only prescribed one option. So I then have to make an appointment to sort it out which has happened a few times recently.

I got flagged AGAIN this is 4times, im not impressed with this so called company, how about the dics that flag me talk to the doc who does my scripts, i asked him wen i could order 2tubs so i wouldnt get flagged AGAIN. BUT here we are again, i cant aford wkly frieght. when does my 50gm a mth start, n stop telln me it doesnt start on the 1st of every mth i efn no! So instead of stopping my meds completly n makn me wait another wk b4 i can get my products how about askn me like actually verbally talkn to me on the phone not waiting till fri arvo by email wen i cant do anything about it. i should have them now not waitn till next week. This company absalutly SUCKS n i am lookn elsewhere to get a regular reliable meds. NO IM NOT HAPPY, THEY CAN SHOVE IT WERE THE SUN DOESNT SHINE.
