Ambience flooring’s delivery was excellent, so too their communication!
I had an email around 10 minutes after ordering telling me that the product had been sent!
It arrived the next day!!!

I ordered it and it simply arrived. No fuss
I ordered it. and it turned up and it worked. Compared to national mouldings you were fantastic. Their product never turned up and they didn't answer any queries (although a refund suddenly appeared in our account - very strange). Cheers

Great after sales experience
No problems with ordering and quick despatch. However, the courier lost the item within their system. Neil from Ambience did a great job in getting a replacement out super quick. I do think the sign of a good Company is the after sales services. In this case, first class.

Fantastic company, great staff
They couldn’t be more accommodating, friendly, helpful, knowledgable if they tried! The engineered wood floor range was brilliant, lovely different oak finishes. I’m really happy with the kitchen floor I’ve had put down.
