I am really pleased with the excellent product as it look fantastic. Two of the packets was damaged on their ends but these were hidden when laying them down on the bedroom floor so no issues.

Very good service

The staff were very helpful throughout the ordering process and I received exactly what I required. There was an issue with the delivery not arriving when the transport company said it would, but that was very quickly resolved by Ambience - very good service

Excellent product poor delivery.

The product, price and service were excellent, however delivery using Evri was painful and slow.

You ordered a product at 17:34 on Friday evening and selected a free 1-3 working day delivery service. Your order left us the following Monday and was delivered 2 days later on the Wednesday.

Ambience Hardware Flooring

Ambience Hardware Flooring were one of the few places that sell the product I needed. They provided next day delivery, at a reasonable cost, no delivery and well packaged. Great job....thank you.

The product arrived in good time but…

The product arrived in good time but both containers of the wood adhesive had a thick coat on top and were therefore not easy to use, plus, this also resulted in about 10% of unusable product, which meant I had to buy a further tub of adhesive (this time from another manufacturer).
