Despite Project making it quite hard to select the correct replacement motor for my Jukebox S2, Analogue Seductions couldn’t have made the process simpler. Initially “we” ordered the wrong motor as the Jukebox has either a 16v or 9v motor, so in the first instance I got the 16v. It arrived quickly and it soon became apparent it was the wrong one! A very quick and painless telephone call later a new motor was in the post without waiting for the return to be done on the wrong one. The replacement as a little bit more expensive, but no price increase was asked for by them. The motor arrived the next day as I fitted it simply and easily. I now have a perfect Jukebox once again. Simply put this type of easy and personal customer service is really rare these days. Highly recomended and will be using for any future failures or replacements.

Great service. Went for the afternoon to try some phono amps. No rush. No hard sell, just allowed me to make my own decision, but advice was thrre when needed. Good selection of products too. Thanks to Simon.

Richard Hawley was one of those albums that was on the list to buy on vinyl. Prices at local HMV and Discogs always put me off and I bought others of ‘the list’. Came across this shop looking at hifi stuff and their vinyl section had Hawley’s album at a great price. Ordered and received within days. Cracking find.

I was looking to buy a Marantz cd6007. This seems to have a fairly standard price across all the usual outlets. However Analogue seduction had one going for a better price. We're they really stepped up though was in getting it from there warehouse to the shop within an hour and getting ready for me to pick it up before they closed. All accomplished with 10 minutes to spare, and I spent a happy Friday night enjoying some great music on my new bit of kit. So we'll done guys for some great customer service!

Simon was very helpful in guiding me to the best CD player for me. His descriptions of sound produced proved to be spot on after I finally heard the sound produced by the player.
