I have made two separate "multi" purchases from this company and everything has been fine. Communications were good, unlike some other similar companies.

Analogue Seduction have a great range of products and had exactly what I wanted. I didn’t look anywhere else and went directly to AS because I knew they would have the product I required.

Online shopped a couple of times and spoken to shop. Always good service and friendly.

Have say a very quick service, my rega stylus arrived well packaged . Also reasonable priced will use again for my rega replacement parts

I've been using Supra LoRad mains cables for many years now as my preferred go to choice. Probably not the best you can buy but for the money they are quite remarkable and are way better than the standard mains cable normally supplied. They are very well made, reasonably flexible and the overall quality is excellent. Used in conjunction with my mains conditioner they do produce a noticeable improvement. Once again my thanks go to the team at Analogue Seduction for their second to none customer service.

Placed an order on the 3rd of January for an item showing on their website as in stock. I had no contact or correspondence other than an automated message saying my order had been placed. 10 days went by with no other contact or response to my Email, I eventually had to comment on their latest Facebook post and miraculously the next day I get an email saying my item wasn’t in stock and they had ‘forgotten’ to inform me and that I’ll get my item at the end of January. It’s now the 9th February and still nothing, no response to my latest email either. Looking at the reviews this is common it seems, many people not getting their orders or getting any response. Luckily for me it’s not an expensive order but I’ll still be opening a case with my card company to get my money back. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs

Seems to just be a drop ship web front. Order stuff that they claim is ‘in stock’ and they take the money but don’t dispatch for weeks. No comms at all and they have ignored requests for refund of my unprocessed order. I have now had to resort to raising a dispute with my card issuer - thank goodness I paid on credit card!

Great customer care more than happy to help and give advice. that advice has given me a wonderful sound on my HiFi setup

The item I ordered was unavailable, it had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Analogue Seduction were great, they offered me an alternative and I was left with a great speaker and was not out of pocket. Highly recommended.

This company is exceptional in so many ways. I have had email and telephone exchanges with both Simon and Martin. They couldn't have been more knowledgeable, understanding and ready to help. I have now owned a Clearaudio Concept turntable. Great product. Having upgraded elsewhere to a Marantz TT15s turntable I came back to them for a Clearaudio Virtuoso Ebony cartridge replacement after damaging my stylus. It was an excellent cartridge, but good though it was, I decided to upgrade again, and return the Virtuoso for a Clearaudio Maestro. Simon guided me reassuringly and expertly through the process. I could not be more happy.
I feel a sense of implicit trust in this company which certainly seems a very well run company, but, what shines to me, is their warm passion for HiFi and desire to leave their customer happy, a position which comes before their need to make a profit.

Another purchase of a German HIfi Tuning audio fuse from this seller which took a little time to dispatch, but with the status of my order visible (eg processing, ready for shipment and dispatch), gave confidence once again in the reliability of this seller. Definitely recommended!
