Outstanding Service Shepperton!
Paul was knowledgeable and approachable, making the entire process much easier. Unlike other showrooms I visited, I felt valued and well-informed about my options without any pressure to decide. Paul is a fountain of knowledge about the cars he is selling but can translate this perfectly for a car novice like me! I will happily be sending friends and family to him at The Shepperton branch, as it really was an end to end great experience.

My first time with Nissan and I can honestly say Bill at Heathrow is an absolute star. He listened attentively, made me feel comfortable, kept in touch from start to finish. Ben helped me through the process and was really efficient in getting things sorted quickly, which I appreciated. The staff were approachable and professional throughout my visit. It all went smoothly, and I’d be happy to consider buying here again in the future.

Exactly what a showroom and outlet should be.
It is not always about the car. The ongoing service, environment, and efficiency has a lot to say. I went to all the showrooms I could to check and as good as the cars may have been the showroom, car parking, disabled spaces, attitudes, customer comfort, were most disappointing verging on unbelievable. Then I found what made me feel comfortable with whom I was going to trust with my investment and so far with both of our cars we have not been disappointed.

The customer advisory staff Jackie Bull was amazing. The process was smooth, with clear updates throughout. Communication was efficient and timely, and I always felt informed about what was happening. Everything went as planned during my visit. Unfair Pricing and Discriminatory…
Unfair Pricing and Discriminatory Treatment at Nissan Eltham
I recently visited Nissan Eltham intending to purchase a brand new Nissan Qashqai. I was ready to proceed with the deal, had the deposit prepared, and selected the same extras as another customer who happened to be in the showroom at the same time.
During conversation with this customer, we realised we were both purchasing the exact same car, with the same deposit and the same optional extras. However, they were being given a £1,700 additional discount on top of the finance deposit contribution, while I was offered only £500.
When I questioned this obvious discrepancy, the manager, Richard, attempted to justify it by saying the other person was a “loyal customer.” This explanation made absolutely no sense, as I am also an existing customer, which should mean loyalty works both ways.
It left me feeling like the pricing was completely arbitrary and that customers are not treated fairly or equally. Two people standing in the same showroom, buying the same vehicle, with the same financial circumstances, should not be offered wildly different deals without transparent justification.
The experience felt extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, misleading. If this is how Nissan Eltham conducts business, customers should be very cautious and make sure they compare deals carefully before committing.
I walked away feeling like the process lacked transparency and fairness, which is disappointing when you’re ready to spend a significant amount of money on a brand-new vehicle.

Great cars and good people
Have been a customer of Ancaster South Croydon for many years and my partner and I have bought many cars from them and had them regularly serviced there.
I have just bought a new Nissan Qashqai and have to say that from my original enquiry to collecting the car the entire process has been very well managed. The car was available for collection one week after ordering as fortunately they had the model and grade in stock.
Maya Uddin helped me through the entire process and on collection day, she made sure that my trade in and collection of the new vehicle was as problem free and efficiently done.
I have no hesitation of recommending Ancaster Nissan South Croydon for sales and servicing.

Ancaster not so great
Sales at Ancaster are great. Shame about their after sales service.
My car broke down (2025 plate) HEV system, power reduced. It seems there are many people experiencing this problem with the Juke.
Spent all day emailing and phoning regarding a courtesy car, as Ancaster Eltham have it. Still no reply on this. Managers are in meetings. It’s a shame they don’t give as much support when something goes wrong
