This was my first visit to Ancaster Nissan Eltham, and I have to say the service was absolutely brilliant. Salman Asghar was incredibly helpful and took us through the process of getting a car with such patience and clarity. He answered all our questions thoroughly, which made a huge difference for my wife, who is autistic. She felt completely at ease and understood everything perfectly. We both left feeling confident and happy with the experience, and she even said she'd be happy to return in the future! I would absolutely recommend Salman and Ancaster to anyone looking for a smooth, professional car-buying experience. Five stars from us!

Cant put petrol in courtesy cars?
Went for car service got a courtesy car which was making a noise to fill it up as soon as I left the garage.
21 miles it had through the rush hour back and forth. Garage in South Croydon home Biggin Hill.
Had 4 miles left before it was empty.
Picked up my car paying enough money for them to at least make sure theres enough petrol. Told receptionist didnt say anything the other agreed. Wont be going back

Buying our first electric vehicle
Buying our first electric vehicle felt like a big step, but Todos at Ancaster MG Dartford made the whole experience so much easier for us. He was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of our many questions with patience and care. The showroom had such a welcoming atmosphere, and we really felt looked after throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole process feel so easy from start to finish. My i10's first MOT.
At the service last December, exceptional service and very pleased. Today, 1st MOT sailed through; did a sit-and-wait; served and assisted by Tracy. sorted everything out for us, including a recall at a later date. She is efficient, very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Also caught up with Luke, who sold me the car in December 2024. A great dealership, superb premises, and such nice people!
