I must say, the handover of my car was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Kieron was incredibly accommodating, especially considering my difficulties with walking. He didn’t hesitate to go back and forth multiple times to ensure everything was just right, and he did it all with a cheerful smile that really made me feel at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features when I collected the car, which made me feel completely confident driving away. Went in after tearing my hair out trying to set up CarPlay in a newly-purchased Juke. Scott was fantastic. Sorted in minutes and didn’t make me feel daft. I didn’t even buy the car from them! Told me to come back with any other questions.

I had a great experience with my mobility dealer name Jess tala The service was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. I purchased a mobility car and the staff took the time to explain the different models and helped me choose the one that suited my needs best.
Delivery did take time but , they made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. They also explained how to use and maintain the mobility vehicle before leaving

What stood out most during my visit to Ancaster MG Dartford was how attentive the staff were, making sure every step of the process felt tailored to me. Todor in particular was absolutely brilliant - so professional yet approachable, offering excellent finance advice and ensuring I was comfortable with everything. Ghastly experience today. Turned up as arranged with Skoda for service/MOT to be told my service contract could not be honoured as they are no longer officially Skoda. Great.
A letter would have been good explaining the situation, a phone call maybe, what did we get? An email after the booking that went in to junk. Contract has transferred to Drift Bridge Garage apparently, who tell me the transfer is a mess. I could have told them that. Now waiting in reception having wasted a day - even the coffee machines don’t work here.

I've just purchased another car from Ancaster Shepperton, working with the wonderful Kanwar (Paul) Dhillon! this is approx the 4 or 5th car I've acquired working with Paul.
