I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Ancaster Nissan and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From start to finish, Martin assisted us throughout the entire process. He gave his full attention to all our queries and took the time to clearly explain everything in detail. Martin kept us updated regularly and made sure we were informed every step of the way until our car was ready for delivery. He truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
We also found the dealership to be very customer-focused. Everyone there was welcoming, friendly, and supportive, which made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.
I am genuinely happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Ancaster Nissan at Eltham to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Scott was brilliant at Ancaster Nissan Heathrow. After taking me on a test drive one rainy Saturday afternoon, he really listened to what I needed and made it his mission to find the perfect car for me. Even when I turned down the first option, he quickly got back to work and found another that ticked all the boxes. It was such a relief not having to spend hours searching online myself – he did all the hard work! The whole process felt smooth and easy, with absolutely no pressure at any point. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a brilliant experience at Ancaster Renault Dartford. Matt was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to keep me informed throughout the process. He made sure all my questions were answered and followed up promptly whenever needed, which I really appreciated. The communication was spot on, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble for him. Salesman went over and above helping me when first driving my new Kona Ultimate Hybrid. To me, at first, I found the car quite daunting. He gave excellent advice to help me through the first few days of driving this wonderful car.
It’s now so easy for me and a pleasure to drive.

Ancaster have misused my personal data, and have not actioned the complaints I've made. After booking my car in for a service at Croydon, they've somehow associated my phone number with numerous other vehicles at different sites that aren't mine, and I received multiple calls and emails about them. I've phoned both Dartford and Croydon about this, and raised a complaint via the chat functionality online but no action has been taken.

Checked in at Ancaster Croydon for my first annual service and chose the ‘while you wait option’. Staff were all very helpful and there was a pleasant designated waiting area within the showroom with comfortable seating. Also free serve yourself hot drinks available and a choice of the daily newspapers to read - also free Wi-Fi to use. Time passed quickly and checking out was easy.
I was personally shown to my vehicle outside and was very pleased to be greeted by a nice clean shiny car inside and out. Altogether very happy with everything.

We dealt with Tyrone at the Chislehurst branch who was extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained everything so clearly and did everything he could to assist with any questions we had 👍. We also dealt with a couple of other members of staff who were also helpful - I would highly recommend buying your next car from here .

Thank you Todor @ Ancaster Dartford. He was so helpful talked us through all options without pressure to buy. We were offered refreshments and treated us with respect which you don't always get being an elderly couple. Would recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new MG.
