Nu recomand. Cea mai urata experienta cu o companie aeriana ever! aplicatia praf. serviciile praf. modifica zboruri cu cateva ore de zbor. Nu zburati cu aceasta companie niciodata!
Am vrut sa merg cu ei tocmai pentru ca plecau dimineața spre Istanbul si ma intoarceam ulterior dupa amiaza. Au modificat ambele zboruri. Unul dintre ele a fost modificat cu cateva ore inainte de zbor. O dezamagire totala. Nu voi mai merge cu astia nicaieri.

Companie de toata jena ! Am facut o rezervare in martie pentru septembrie. Foarte usor procesul de rezervarea. In iunie am primit mail ca zborul s-a anulat si mi s-a oferit un alt zbor sau o rambursare. Am acceptat schimbul datei , am reorganizat rezervarile de la destinatie si am incheiat . DOAR CA in septembrie cu 15 zile inainte de zbor mi s-a comunicat prin mai ca s-a anulat si acest zbor ! INCREDIBIL ! Am cerut returnarea banilor si am astepta. nu am primit niciun ban momentan. I-am contactat si mi s-a spus ca trebuie sa fac o cerere speciala catre dansii, pentru ca plata a fost facuta cu mai mult de 6 luni in urma si nu mai merge sa ii returneze pur si simplu. ODIOS ! NU RECOMAND !

Internal flight Bucharest - Iasi (50 min)
Pros:
- the flight was initially scheduled for 7:45 P.M. but it got rescheduled at 10:05 P.M. - even so, I received e-mails 1-2 days before the flight, mentioning the changes;
- everything was smooth in terms of buying the ticket and getting the boarding pass;
- crew was pretty nice, airplane was very very clean and spacious;
- flight itself was very smooth, didn't feel any turbulence;
- I received a sandwich and water;

Cons:
- as mentioned above, the flight was rescheduled;
- after it was rescheduled, I had 1 hour delay and reached Iasi around midnight;
- Ticket is pretty expense, taking into account that the route is very short;

Absolutely unacceptable experience – I do NOT recommend Animawings

I purchased and fully paid for my flight based on the schedule advertised by Animawings. After taking my money and confirming the booking, they simply changed the departure time by more than two hours.

The new schedule does not work for me, and I did not agree to this change. Yet despite the fact that THEY changed an essential part of the booking after I had already paid, I was not offered a full refund.

So apparently, you pay for a flight at a specific time, they take your money, and afterwards they can change the schedule to whatever suits them, while you are expected to simply accept it or lose your money.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. If I had known the actual departure time from the beginning, I would NOT have purchased this ticket.

A customer should not have to bear the consequences of a schedule change made by the airline after the purchase.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will not book with Animawings again and I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a ticket from this airline.

I booked a two-way flight Rotterdam-Timisoara. Suddenly I was informed by email that both flights were canceled, without mentioning any reason.
The proposed alternatives were infeasible for me: there were other dates proposed, with 2 days before/after the intended date. One way was with the end destination Bucharest, while I need to arrive to Timisoara! For return, I should have stay in Otopeni -Bucharest 9 hours!! I tried to contact the customer service by phone to request refund, but it was impossible to get anyone. In this case, I filled in the online form, asking the refund, but already two weeks passed, and no reaction.
It is my first time when I'm encountering such a bad service from an airline company.
I has big hopes with this Romanian company, but it is the first and last time to buy tickets from them!!

Excellent experience.

Al patrulea zbor, a patra întârziere cu această companie. Nici un mesaj care să mă informeze, am aflat cu ocazia înregistrării bagajului de cală. Mica diferență de preț față de alte companii nu justifică un asemenea disconfort. De data asta, o oră 35 minute de întârziere anunțată la depunerea bagajului.

Foarte dezamagit de experienta cu AnimaWings.

Compania mi-a anulat zborul A24150 si m-a transferat automat pe un alt zbor, A24132, care ajunge la o ora total diferita si, mai mult, pe un alt aeroport.

Inteleg ca pot aparea modificari sau anulari de zboruri, insa ceea ce mi se pare inacceptabil este modul in care este gestionata situatia: in sectiunea „Gestionarea rezervarii” nu exista nici macar posibilitatea de a refuza zborul oferit automat si de a solicita rambursarea banilor.

Practic, compania iti modifica unilateral calatoria, dar nu iti ofera online o modalitate simpla si clara de a spune ca nu accepti alternativa si ca doresti banii inapoi.

O experienta foarte dezamagitoare si un proces care ar trebui sa fie mult mai transparent si mai simplu pentru pasager.

Decided to ignore all the bad reviews and try to book a flight with them. Bought a 2 way flight and after 2 days both got cancelled. They tried to reschedule my flights but the dates were very inconvenient for me so I applied for a full refund. It has been a week and didn't get any news, so I gave them a call. I waited around 20 minutes and then a lady answered, I explained my situation and then she looked for my flight, she whispered something, and without any further explanation she just ended the call. Not even a sorry or I don't know, at least an update. I have received an email after the call about the refund being processed and that I will get my money back soon, but this whole experience was very weird.

Va salut. A fost o experienta de cosmar...mai rau ca in anii '90 cand era lega junglei. Am rezervat un zbor in Istanbul din Cluj, la dus cu Turkish Airlines totul excelent, la intors cu "Aminalul cu aripi"-Animawings. Cu 3 zile inainte anunt ca zborul va fi segmentat in doua, o escala de vreo sase ore la Otopeni, dar in final in jur de ora 23.00 eram la Cj(rezervarea initiala trebuia sa fiu in Cluj la 15.20). Am acceptat..dupa intaziere de o ora si jumatate la plecarea din Ist...alte doua intarzieri se anunta de la plecarea din Otopeni spre Cj- prima amanata de la 21.10 la 22.30 apoi amanata la ora23.50..deci erai pe la 1.00 in Cluj.Am acceptat si asta, doar ca stupoarea ceamai mare a fost cand in jur de ora 20.00 eram in fata ghiseului pt check in si mi s-a spus ca sunt 34 pasageri peste cele 130 locuri ale aeronavei, intre care si eu si urmeaza sa calatoresc cu o cursa a doua zi la ora 7.00 a.m. Erau doamne care plangeau langa mine...am calatorit toata noaptea cu un autocar pentru ca a doua zi (luni dimineata) urma sa fac un alt drum de la Cj la Sovata cu masina personala fiind imperios necesar sa ajung la timp la intalnirile programate anterior. Nu credeam ca se poate asa ceva in anul de gratie 2026...dar viata bate filmul!

There is not 1 flight that departs on time or arrives.
They change the departure timing one day prior.
Cancell your flight 2 weeks before.
Move your flights as they desire.
Been sitting in the airport for more than 2 hours, late night. As well as sitting inside the bus that takes people to the airplane for 1 hour.
Nobody gives any information.
Always late, late and late.
I would avoid if you are an organised person who needs to be on time at the destination!

It is the second flight with them and also at this they have delay. Even at the first flight they had delay 1 hour and wen we arrive they had to stop the electricity and after 20 minutes we could get out from the airplane. It's a company wich is not ok and i don't recommend to fly with them.

First, for the outbound flight, we had a 40 minutes delay. Then, for the return, we had more than 2 hour delay. Besides that, they say they have customer service, but after waiting more 15 minutes several times when trying to call them, still no one answered. They didn't reply to my email either. Also, the information about the check-in is very inconsistent and unclear. I had no such experience with other airlines.

Writing this review still waiting for boarding. Perhaps the worst flying experience I ever had, outbound flight was cancelled 4 hours before check-in and rescheduled 2 days later with no refund option or any assistance from customer service. Inbound flight was delayed by 2 hours, again no assistance, no vouchers for water in airport. Just awful experience. At least planes are ok

flew with them to Prague. modern airplane with plenty of legroom (much better compared to Tarom)

If I could give it 0 stars i would. Worst company! They have cancelled and moved 4 flights in one week. When I ask why they keep blaming other people. They refuse to compensate or acknowledge the severity of the situation. Never ever book with them. It is a complete joke. They cancelled my flight less than 24h before the trip.

1er vol avec retard d'au moins 40 min, 15-20 min pour sortir de l'avion, nous arrivons pour recuperer notre bagage car il n'y a pas de transfert automatique sur cette compagnie.... normalement escale à Bucarest d' 1h30 mais là il nous restait env 40 min, le bagage est affiché sortir dans 30 min, au bout d'une heure il n'est toujours pas sorti, notre second vol est en retard aussi et nous devons repartir sans le bagage pour ne pas rester coincer en Roumanie pour la France (Nice).
j'ai informé la personne au comptoir d'Animawings et lui donne mes coordonnées.
Je fais un mail au service client de la compagnie. toujours pas de retour de leur part après 4 jours.....
Seul l'aéroport nous a contacté mais apparemment ils ont remis mon sac à cette compagnie, Dans combien de temps un contact ??? l'aéroport de Nice est à 2h30, 3h aller + le retour et les frais de péages, comment ça se passe ???? en tout cas pour une 1ere expérience ça commence pas bien du tout......
J'informerai de la suite et du traitement final......

​Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen, mit Animawings zu buchen. Unser Hinflug wurde uns einfach mal eine Woche vor dem geplanten Abflug um zwei ganze Tage nach vorne verlegt.
​Eine derartige Kurzfristigkeit macht jede Urlaubsplanung, Hotelbuchung und Mietwagenreservierung komplett zunichte. Kommunikation und Kundenservice sind unterirdisch, auf Hilfe oder Einsicht wartet man vergebens. Wer seinen Urlaub und seine Nerven behalten möchte, bucht besser direkt bei einer anderen Airline. Nie wieder!
