Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!! Adam in sales was so very helpful patient and professional and went above and beyond to ensure my requirements were met. Ray, the manager was top notch at informing of proceedings every step of the way. Then Val and Sonu the delivery drivers were more than helpful respectful and courteous when delivering my appliance (which was a huge fridge freezer and no means feat!!). This all meant more because I am elderly and disabled and every consideration was given. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend this company...brilliant!!

Ordered two items one delivered next day however other got delayed not the fault of appliance electronics. They contacted me and arranged for their own courier to deliver the following day. Thank you. Great service would recommend.

Top class customer service!
Got up Sunday morning May 24th to find fridge freezer was ‘dead’. Knowing Monday was a Bank Holiday I realised that Tuesday was probably the earliest I could expect to see a replacement delivered, but I was under pressure because my wife has medicines which need refrigerating at a certain temperature.
After checking the usual options (AO.com, Curry’s, Argos etc.) I found the ideal unit at Appliance Electronics. The delivery period was stated as 1-3 days and they would call 24 hours before delivery, but to let them know if something was urgent. There was a phone number as well as an email for the support team.
I had sent an email explaining my situation when I placed the order, but not having heard from them by return I rang on Tuesday afternoon and was told that someone from the delivery team would call me back.
Not long after Ray called me back and said he was going to have the unit delivered the next day (Wednesday) for which I thanked him. However, he called back shortly after to advise that one of his drivers had just returned to the yard and was happy to make the delivery that evening. Bearing in mind it was already 16.45 I was amazed and delighted. I had a message from Ray advising the drivers name and mobile number, along with images of the unit being loaded. At 18.15 Steve arrived and 10 minutes later the unit was in place in our kitchen!
Top class customer service guys, our thanks to all of you (and our new fridge freezer is great!)

I asked to have items in stock sent out…
I asked to have items in stock sent out asap after not realising they do not ship items out until all items in stock. I didn't know that nor rrad that anywhere, however got told by Alex all items in stock and has been dispatched. Upon chasing it up it turns out that email was sent accidently to me instead of someone else. A birthday gift that was supposed to arrive in time. The was told I'd have to pay an additional shipping charge to send items that arrive in stock later which I didnt want to do. As a gesture of goodwill and for giving wrong info they could have easily waived it. Also their shipping fees are a lot more than other places. Asked to cancel order and waiting for a refund, yet to receive a reply! Go shop elsewhere, avoid these guys. All other poor reviews are all saying same thing about shipping issues.

Very Impressive customer service
Wide range of products at a competitive price but what I was really impressed me was their speed of delivery and communication. I even got a phone call on a bank holiday to let me know that the goods would be delivered next day and explain how the goods were packaged.

Very efficient team
Very efficient team, I ordered the microwave around midday and it was in my house by 7 am next day. The sale man over the phone was very friendly and helpful. Communication was much beyond expectation specially with the driver. Adding to that price was very competitive, saved at least £20 in total. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
